I mean it's not like he's doing anything to make the court feel inclined to view him as a vexatious litigant or anything?

I think we may be nearing the end of the trail for this cow. He's built up way too many frequent flier points with the local police and DA. He's gonna sit himself for a spell in casa de jail. I only wish we could hear the tales of when his fellow female inmates finally induce menstruation in old Johnny.

No he's not. Canada has proven to be pathologically allergic to punishing genuinely criminal behavior (no matter how severe) when it's done by trannies or invaders. Time and again he's escaped any kind of real punishment and walked away with a wrist-slap.

This fucker should've been put in the ground years ago (or at a bare minimum sentenced to decades in prison) and the fact that he still hasn't is all the proof I need to know he'll never suffer any consequences for his actions.

It'd be nice to at least see someone beat his ass, but sadly there are no Canadians with the strength or will to do so.

[/quote]If he was in fact arrested for storming down to the local EMS quarters with any sort of malicious intent, or a weapon, he's done. Even in Canada. There are lines you do not cross. And astonishingly, by and large, EMS is the one service that no other branch of government or law enforcement will tolerate anyone fucking with. A few months back FDNY had a 35 year veteran EMS Captain stabbed to death in front of her Firehouse. It grabbed national headlines for a few days. But it has not faded in Emergency Services in any of the major cities. It has become a cause of action among the uniformed government services. Something that must not be tolerated. If Yaniv got popped for going down to that station, and he had a weapon with him? He's done. Even in far lefty Canuckistan the Tranny Card only goes so far. The City/County already has on record incidents of Yaniv being grossly sexually inappropriate to EMS responders. The City themselves faced lawsuit and liability over failure to protect the crews. Now imagine their liability when he shows up at the Stationhouse? Imagine ahen the news finds out its the racist wax my balls troon? It's no longer something they can just wave away, because the liability is starting to point to them. Not just Traniv. At this point the best Yaniv can hope for is an involuntary psych hold. But if he had a prohibited weapon of any type, he's done. Because if he isn't done, than the local ems crews will be done. And no political entity wants to eat that one. Edit appologies. Damned Tor Android client keeps removing formating

This faggot is literally suing the King?

Not necessarily. In jurisdictions where the head of state is the British monarch, criminal prosecutions are brought in their name using the Latin for King or Queen, Rex or Regina, abbreviated to R, eg R v Yaniv. On appeal, that then becomes Yaniv v The King, abbreviated to Yaniv v R (at least in my part of his realms. Canada still cites the appeal as R v Yaniv because much stupid).

A quick search of Canlii does not reveal any criminal decision he might be appealing, but i don’t know its currency. Maybe he is bringing a civil suit against His Majesty, because Yaniv. It will almost certainly be dismissed quickly for being too stupid to survive, again because Yaniv.

to get a response like that, to pull him over to arrest him? they had to of been following him
and if they were following him, my money is on he must have made credible threats
im trying to think of other reasons why they would be on him like glue, and the only thing i can think of is threats
and when they arrested him, they found weapons he was not meant to have by court order
edit: lol imagine if Yaniv has gotten angry that every time he calls the ambalamps they have to call the cops first, and he was sick of not being able to sexually harass the EMS workers so he went down there to do it in person before the cops got there

The incompetency of the horseglowies know no bounds.
Thats pretty normal. If he didn't actually attack anyone he will be out on a ROR, I think in Canada its called a Peacebond. he has to show up in front of the judge in the next week or two. thats when the real fun begins.
Called it.

Better get the stethoscopes out so we can listen for the weak-ass wrist slap Canada is saving its strength to deliver.
