I'm currently in the Safe At Home program, a government program that hides my address from government records so that my anti-transgender family cannot continue to stalk and harass me.

Sorry if has been discussed before by the cardiologists in this thread, but I found a few of Dave's tweets that apparently contradict what he said before about his his diagnosys. It'd be great to get your inputs. Disclaimer: I'm not a cardiologist and I haven't study this in a looong time, so I could be a well-intentioned spewing retard.

Dave claims his heart condition is Atrial Fibrilation, which would make sense given this fat, diabetic, hipertense, dyslipdemic face. But the claims he's getting a Cathether Ablation? From what I recall that'd only make sense in cases of Supraventricylar Tachydardia with AVNodal and/or Acessory reentrant pathway, no? If so it would do shit for his AFib (maybe even worsen it?).

On top of that, epidemiologicaly speaking he falls nowhere near the usual groups we used associate with SVT (those being children and young women), correct? I guess he could have had congenital AV Nodal STV that was left untreat and eventually developed AFib. But I searched his tweets for these terms and didn't find anything. As fas as I can tell, he has only mentioned AFib so far.

So... what you guys think? Is he:

1. Lieing about this disease so he can claim the worst of each ("AFib is deadly" and "I need heart surgery") for internet points?
2. Just getting them mixed up?

Not a cardiologist either, but AF is usually treated with beta-blockers and blood thinners, or surgically by an implantable defibrillator. Ablation is used but rarely is it a one and done procedure. He’s over-egging things as usual. He’s not having open heart surgery nor is AF particularly life-threatening when medicated.

Catheter ablation as a first-line treatment for some types of AFib has been rising in the past ten years or so, as the technique and tech improve. Dave is not the guy to tell us specifics about his diagnosis or decision-making process, unless he sees a way to spin it into a sob story.

For the sake of discussion, I'm going to assume (i) Dave reaches his funding goal for the camper van, (ii) the funding is enough for the (used?) camper van, (iii) Dave uses the money for the camper van, (iv) the camper van gets Dave to Tacoma. I'm also going to assume it is no longer possible for Dave to use his family home for residency purposes (e.g., driver's license, insurance, etc.) Finally, I'll assume Dave's heart surgery goes through and he proceeds with his medical transition (e.g., 'non-token' estrogen supplements, testosterone suppression, whatever).

What will life be like for him in Tacoma? I know the PNW has been portrayed as very welcoming/accomodating to trannies -- accessible/subsidized 'medical care,' higher tolerance for nonsense, etc. -- but I assume that really only applies to certain, primarily urban communities (and even then, only certain areas/neighborhoods) .

What services are available to someone who is voluntarily homeless? Would Dave be able to get a state-issued driver's license without a fixed address (his MO license will eventually expire)? Will he be able to (eventually) access subsidized medical care and apply for disability benefits without a fixed address? Could he apply for a PO Box, and would that be enough? Or are we headed into a sovereign citizen/off-the-grid phase?

Additional thoughts: Dave has a car now (still?) -- I wonder if he has the title and intends to sell it or if the title is in Dr. Joe's name, too. If his parents aren't continuing to give him go-away money, I wonder what insurance looks like for a camper.

For his type of AFib there is a fairly low chance of success for the RF ablation procedure, somewhere around 50/50, and that is for a second try, it almost always fails on the first try, and it did for Dave. If he fails a second time, that's it, no more tries, he's just stuck on medication. No troonshine, too bad, so sad.

I have never been able to figure out his guitar collection.
That red Gibson ES-335 he had for sale wasn't just an American made Gibson it was a custom shop recreation of Jerry Kennedy's guitar.

Jerry Kennedy is a famous Country music producer and session musician.
He built using a standard Bigsby tremolo and parts from a hardware store one of ,if not the first, string benders for guitar.
This guitar has a bender on the B string that bends up and another bender on the high E string that bends down.
These would let you emulate pedal steel guitar sounds on a plain ol' electric guitar.

For this series of custom builds (I think it was limited to 200) Gibson searched hardware and plumbing supply companies nation wide to find New Old Stock parts like those Jerry used to cobble his original bender together.

If you just wanted an ES-335 with 2 benders there are much easier and cheaper ways to do it.
The deal with this guitar was to have one that looked, played and sounded like Jerry's.

Dave just doesn't strike me as a big Country music fan.

My theory is he buys things because they are expensive.
That seems to be the one unifying thread of his collection.

Believe it or not, she's an actual woman. Dave doesn't really get any troon support at all. The giant from the podcast has been the only one associated with him and they don't seem to be in contact any more.

Dave is strictly in it to creep on women. He doesn't want other men in dresses creeping around him. The younger east coast crowd seems to have caught on(See the Sarah Myers post). Currently his sole audience appears to be middle aged white women looking to virtue signal. The PNW is prime grounds for that.
