"52% of trans people identify as disabled". That seems strange, right? There's obviously some trans people with disabilities, and maybe more than average if they've had surgery complications or whatnot. But that compares to 17.8% of the UK population with a disability.

Having a population of "people willing to attend a themed party" at 52% disabled is completely insane. The 17.8% of the overall population isn't even a good comparison, the vast majority of meaningfully disabled people are old folks. A trans party like this will probably have 95% of attendants under 50, those people should not be anywhere near two digits of disability%.
And none of these people even question the statistic, like, of course most trans people are physically disabled, duh!
If they were asked about mental illness it would jump near 100%, but they would all insist being transgender isn't one.

using a throwaway account. but it finally happened, i got kicked out of the mens room. my voice is very deep and i have a goatee/sideburns, (that are very full and noticeable.) but my chest is quite large. i bought a new binder and thought it was actually working well. apparently it wasnt. i dont want to get into the details because it's extremely embarrassing and upsetting. theres no way the guy who did it thought i was a woman who was lost, it is obvious to me now that i was targeted because i am transgender. apparently more visibly than i thought. thank fucking god i have top surgery next month. i dont think i could bare to go in public until its over and done with. its been a week since the incident but im just starting to take notice of how this has impacted me.

I’m not sure if this is common at all but I’ve been to sports events where the women’s restroom line was insane so sometimes women would ask guys if they could use their restroom. It always seemed fine because people were respectful about it. The fact that even men are kicking trannies out now is very funny to me. I don’t think she would’ve had an issue even a few years ago. You can find someone whose a functioning member of society and also enjoys homoeroticism. You can find someone who contributes many net positives to humanity and has homoerotic relationships. You can even find LGBs who are not asexual nor are they sex pests and ones you would trust around children.
