Dawkins got gtfoed by the humanist lobby for having the the audacity to critize the logic behind transgenderism, Sam Harris now fell into the oxymoronic stance of "spiritual atheism and meditation helps" , Bill Nye prominent skeptic is now a laughing stock due to his unironically irrational stances on gender and, Pen & Teller? People stopped taking them seriously after everyone realized these two take Ayn Raid ideas as serious business, and Christopher Hitchens is somewhat hard to theorize but my gut feeling tells me that his contrarian nature would have led him to become something approaching to the Youtuber skeptic anti SJW, and the harder truth is that most of his debate tools and rhetoric were literally things he learned from his time as a literal communist that lived on the soviet union, the game was rigged from the start mi dear friend...

They were decent on cumtown, but its not enough for me to check out chapo.

Also, contrapoints was on chapo back in November, which made me want to listen to them even less.

When I first heard the idea, I thought it was an intentionally ironic figure of speech (I first heard it from Calvin and Hobbes, that's probably why). There's no such thing as an "end of history" with the possible exception of human extinction.

What Marxists describe as the end of history is the time in the far future when there is a worldwide communist dictatorship and there will be no change or event beyond that, everybody will live in groundhog day basically just trying to exist. This comes from their worldview of history moves left and every culture/social institution will move left over time till it can't anymore. It's similar to Hitler's thousand year reich theory but what they fail to account for is A entropy B history moves in cycles and pendulum swings and C there are components to history and life which are non material.

This is true but I refute some of the things here. Chris Hitchens would've definitely become at least partially sjw cause he hated islam but he argued for sjw talking points a bit in the 90s with systemic racism, affirmative action and the like, even described himself as a Marxist. Also he hated his brother out of pure spite, purposefully took the opposite of his positions and Peter hitchens is like an old school liberal/conservative now who supports the war in Ukraine which is at least partially an sjw stance. Christopher was not compulsively contrarian he was just very smart, very good at drawing correct conclusions from information and just very nihilistic. Also Ayn Rands ideas are at least partially valuable cause most of her ideas are derivative of Nietzsche and he set out to make a value system which would preach religious values in an atheist setting, which is what objectivism is basically. Do good not because God will punish you but because it will improve society, be your best self not for religious reasons but for self satisfaction, ubermensch theory dictates that always utilize time/skill and embrace fear instead of giving into it with the last man first man mindset, etc etc etc. Rands theories are not much different, just heavily derivative. It's better to just follow Nietzsche cause there's less about all the property rights stuff. Watch fight club, best adaptation of thus spoke zarathustra I've seen especially with the Raymond k hessel bit.

This is one that I was reluctant to click on first, but went through with it since it was pretty short and the title was bemusing, and after getting done with it I came to a few conclusions.

1. This guy is just as bad as the people he's lambasting by just saying those that disagree with him "are just to stupid to understand the bigger picture, but we libchads are the biggest brains havers in the universe"
2. In order to make the conservacucks seem like the dumbest people in the world, he lists some of the most retarded conspiracy theories that nobody really believes ,outside of the extremely small group of people that I'm starting to think are just trolling airplane pilots, rather than calling out the conspiracy theories that have a lot more weight to them cause he can't hold up to his own arguments.
3. This guy really made this entire video just to announce to the world that he LOVES to suck on tranny cock.

In the end the video is falling victim to the exact thing that it's calling out. Making an extremely simple statement to paint the opposition as a buncha dummies that don't know better. One benefit to this video however is the absolute cope dome that's in the comments.
