The big weird is that paddleboarders typically use tethers so their board doesn't drift off if they go in the water. So, even if he slipped off his board and got trapped under the water, he should still have had that tether to pull on, which would give him access to the board to help him pull himself out. That and the idea of some big buck nigger going paddleboarding in the first place..
There's no way this guy wasn't killed in strange circumstances. You seriously expect to see a black guy in a paddle that cant fucking swim in the middle of the night and Obama is his wingman? (allegedly) You have to remember this is the same chief that was around when Obama was bringing in all that "pizza" to his party.

They had a shit ton of cops and security around the area, so I really wonder wtf went down. Somebody certainly botched something.

Oh and Biden's dog heroically bit some more people.

Are normies changing their opinion about the president? Hard to tell in an echo chamber.

From my limited interactions most normies consider Biden a joke. Though quite a few also seem convinced that Hunter is alone and this doesn't reflect on Joe for some motherfucking reason I can only chalk up to "extreme gaslighting and mental dissonance".

Meatball is done, he's cut a 1/3 of his staff, between 25 to 38 people. His finance records they had to report last week showed they were burning through money at a ridiculous pace and only realized they were spending so much when they had to compile the required financial campaign reports. And yet his team of fags will try and spin this. No wonder places like Ace of Spades have gone incredibly quiet on support of Meatball.

It's so bad it looks like the GOPe are trying to jump ship to Scott or get Youngkin in:

Another reason to expect another Trump indictment this week:

edit: it gets better, these are the talking points Desantis' team has sent out to people, so you know their script:

It again needs to be noted Desantis still has not put his policy information up on his website, whereas Trump has videos and summaries of his plans on different things. I remember how flash in the pan Howard Dean's campaign was, Rob is making his look worse.

How is DeSantis this bad at this? Hasn't he been a politician basically ever since he was discharged?
Because he's rushing it and taking advice from the wrong people. When he was a student under Trump people liked him because his evolution felt like a natural response to what populism was calling for, a growth from MAGA that answers the question of what to do once we make America great again.

But he let his wife pour shit in his ear and has outed himself as beholden to the Uniparty, and he has a fucking hohol spook running his campaign OPs. Whether Pushaw even wants DeSantis to actually succeed or not is anyone's guess but her style of campaign runnin matching up so closely to how Democrats run one does make one question.

It's certainly an optimistic view. The Union has repeatedly tried to bring up concerns to the plant boss and bring about changes. The trouble isn't really that we aren't trying to get things fixed, but that there's little incentive for the Company to actually listen. An accident last year came within an inch of killing a few dozen men, and permanently disabled several of my coworkers. Thankfully no one died then by some miracle, but it was bad enough that OSHA rolled into town and did a huge inquiry.

The fine for what was found to be criminal negligence by the company, with the refusal to implement safety actions or properly repair equipment being fucking noted by OSHA as being the root cause of the goddamn problem, was literally a single hour's worth of profit for the company. Sure, the machines being down and the employees being out, and the Company being obligated to pay for their medical bills was also expensive, but in reality the Company doesn't think long-term enough anymore for that to matter. Preventative maintenance is an expense that goes on next quarter's report, and the shareholders will be quite miffed if they get cheated out of a few cents because "oh the machines needed spare parts." Meanwhile all the losses from the big accident that follows can be written off as "unexpected trouble" and taken from the foremen's bonuses, or the saved income when the company temporarily lays off all the affected workers for the time it takes to repair the machines.

Actual production doesn't affect profits because what matters now is the bullshit that is the stock market. OSHA won't help us because the government won't actually disrupt the MIC because it's the MIC who the government serves, and we're a vital piece of the MIC. The situation's just absolutely fucked, and no amount of "hey, this is illegal" is actually going to help.
Is there anything you can do to strong-arm the company? Aren't unions supposed to be able to hold strikes? I suppose that is under the assumption that a union actually does its job... Could you organize with other workers and come up with ideas? Like you said your life is on the line here too.

He ran on "I'm not a Democrat", originally. "I'm with Trump" was in there too.

Actually having to run in an election on issues deeper than the most surface-level shit is what's fucked him. Dunno how this will affect his chances at holding office in FL from here on out, but he easily could've done the same thing after four years out of the governor seat to run again, or did like Rick Scott did, had he abstained from this presidential run that nearly everyone and their mother knew was a bad idea.

All this presidential run has done is confirm that he's an establishmentarian, and also that he's an autist who got extremely lucky with time and place when he ran on both occasions.

I want to know who their Agent 47 was for these two instances.

DeSantis was coddled by Republican media who are trying out the strategy of being more "Trump than Trump".

But they don't know what the fuck it is about Trump that was appealing.

They figure crying "fake news" or being against the "media" makes sense on its own, when Trump made sense by knowing how to argue against the media while being factual and charming. Whereas DeSantis has people telling him to not even bother speaking to the media and to dismiss any attempt to talk to him, even when it would get his own talking points out.

DeSantis' people likely saw it as a win to have media walking on egg shells to avoid offending him lest they be banned from being near him, when the fact is people still keep talking about you even when you're not around. He's just made it so he wouldn't be countering any narratives cropping up.

Or you have the whole thing with DeSantis' campaign being against wokeness, when a hallmark of "woke culture" is acting sanctimonious. No one wants to be preached to, nor do they want their elected officials concentrating more on culture issues than the economy. But his campaign is likely telling him Republicans want to "pwn the libs", so this comes across as a winning issue (worked for Youngkin and others).

Latest story today with the Sonnenrad video apparently coming from DeSantis' campaign is a great example of how they've concentrated on trying to mimic the Trump side's memes and positions, without looking any deeper. Nate Hochman likely saw some meme video of Trump and just plastered DeSantis images all over it, not bothering to check what the the sonnenrad was about.

It's all incredibly hollow and further highlights how the traditional GOP only wants to pretend to be Trumpian, which looks ridiculous juxtaposed against Trump.

This did all remind me of Ann Coulter though who is retweeting stuff about how DeSantis isn't doomed (she was one of the biggest cheerleaders of the idea that others could step in to be More Trump Than Trump). These are people that spend far too much time on social media or focused only on what political commentators are talking about.

IIRC guys who build shit for the military have some pretty big restrictions on their ability to strike. Lot of laws on that dating back to WW2 and the early Cold War.

A lot of the criticism around Trump is that his personnel choices were shit. Meanwhile Ron has hired a bunch of leeches who drained his considerable war chest in a matter of months. More Great Value brand Trumpism.

Sometimes stuff happens, you know. Things break.
Dangerously ill-maintained equipment just stops working.
