LD50 for Codeine is ~750 to 850 mg for the average human adult, but there have been cases where much lower dosages have lead to complete respiratory failure.

And you saying that Codeine has an adverse effect on you re. cognitive function is unlikely. Paradoxical or bidirectional Codeine effects are relatively rare. The more likely explanation is that you're a big fat liar because Codeine is a prescription only drug in the UK and no doctor would just hand that shit out for no reason to nutcaes like you.

Pain is notoriously hard to disprove. And laterally, I rationalise it that things that bad have happened before, to convince myself more, which translates into honesty of my demeanour. You speak of my idiocy vis-a-vis doctors. Psychiatristd are a maybe but GPs are certainly never that good to begin with.

If you have went through a regime of different medication plans you'd have seen not just GP's but also specialized doctors that would have checked everything they could think of and even some things they couldn't imagine checking for before. And after coming up empty for so long and you still "being in pain" you really expect anyone to beleive that they just said "Fuck it, just prescribe that guy Codeine like they're skittles."?

I'm not a liar, on this matter anyway. Occam's razor's application isn't for what you think it is, that's why German thinkers were eventually ousted for the philosophical hacks they always were.

Anyway, yes, doctors don't have to be that bright. The IQ floor isn't that high and a system with rich resource inputs that's so parasitic as the NHS, for primary healthcare things anyway, is fairly generous-ish.
