Would Patrick even be capable of satisfying this demand for discovery? It would require the better part of an hour of sobriety to competently produce all of the these documents for someone who doesn't even have severe learning disabilities and a substance abuse problem. Could he stay clear headed enough to supply all of the paperwork in a months time?
And even forgetting his connection to reality being compromised to be even able to coherently provide discovery, would he he ever do it? Would he let the idiots win?

His best course of action would be to just make payment in full to Quasi right now.
The court cases and such would be dropped, and sure people would find out this was the result, but at least Fatrick could deny it on Twitter with no consequences.
Pests and the like would still bug him about it but surely it’s going to have less of an impact and not be as much fun.
It certainly would be better in the long run for him.
Of course I would rather see something like Fatrick going to prison for threatening a debt examiner with his gun.
I wonder if Niki would leave him if he ends up in prison or will she be his dutiful wife on the outside?
