James is seemingly happily-married with two kids, his own house (no 50 year old roommate btw). Even if his content got boring he still has a pretty decent sized fan base, and makes video he seems interested in. None of which can be said for Boogie.

Dating involves two separate people with two separate lives getting to know each other, going out for meals or other events and then going back to their own domiciles, developing familiarity and attachment to each other, meeting and spending time with each other's friends and family, all stuff that happens and grows organically with time and if it goes well THEN you talk about cohabitation.
Boogie has completely denied this 20 year old girl any semblance of a traditional dating experience, and furthermore the fact that she a) isn't working b) moved in immediately and c) is attached to him at the hip makes it clear that she is in fact a financial dependent. Just because he's not handing her cash directly doesn't make her any less paid-for, period. They're not dating so much as she is a new toy that he is currently paying for but will eventually start to resent her for it and expect her to start paying her own way, we've already seen this cycle before. The only difference is that instead of finding her on Seeking, he just looked in his DMs.
