He has the emotional intelligence of a 5 year old throwing a tantrum to get his way. If he had one of an adult his age, he wouldn't care about KF or writing in his blog about the "psychological problems in work spaces" I wish this faggot would go blind faster. It couldn't happen to a better person.

And to think this niglet does this all for free.

I like the imagery of Elliot trying to shoot down our glorious Kiwi Clearnet Zeppelin, it crashes, and from its wreckage launches the SNEED ROCKET. Which causes them to scream in impotent rage and storm off to have to rethink their plan for MONTHS.
Finally they come back and land a critical hit on the prestigious sneed rocket while it is in low orbit. The Sneed Rocket detonates and from the wreckage; out bwoops the same little Kiwi Zeppelin they struggled to shoot down before, this time with a banner that reads "Consent Accident" trailing it.

Assuming Null had a credible claim that would potentailly be revealed by discovery, would the strictures of Conley v. Gibson still apply? I have to admit, I'm about 20 years out of date, but has notice pleading been degraded that much by Twombly and Iqbal?

From what I read, the holding in Twombly said in part, "While a complaint … does not need detailed factual allegations, a plaintiff's obligation to provide the 'grounds' for his 'entitle[ment] to relief' requires more than labels and conclusions, and a formulaic recitation of the elements of a cause of action will not do."

Null wouldn't have a baseless conspiracy theory that lays out the elements of the claim with no factual basis, there is indeed a factual basis predicated on Thwomp's own public statements, it's just that discovery would offer concrete elements on which to prove his claim.

From what I read, Twombly was a putative anti-trust action that was predicated on a pattern evidencing allegations of collusive activity, which had no material basis. And Iqbal is a whole other kettle of fish, that alleged that John Ashcroft et el were aware of and ostensibly approved of the abuse that he claimed he suffered.

I'll be honest here, my business law classes were narrowly focused, and as I mentioned, were 20 years in the past. So I'm hardly up to date with precedent.

A 12(b)6 claim is a whole other matter, and it might be difficult to meet that standard to begin with in the absence of discovery, but I have to think that one could sustain a tortious interference claim given his very public, and very obvious behavior.

Null knows who they are and are almost certainly on his list. I believe some of them are the women in relationships with company executives who Null has been on friendly terms with so it seems likely that they would be called in case lawfare breaks out.
