KiwiFlare

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
I'm probably late but Thomas Lynch (The creator of haproxy protection which is what kiwiflare is based on) seems to be working on something similar to cloudflare called basedflare. It looks really interesting to me. I'm wondering if Josh will use basedflare when it's finished....

There's a bug when linking to a bot check page such as this one. When you already have a proof of work token, it's going to bug out with "Error: server responded with error." Rather, when the token already exists it should automatically redirect to the proper page.

This is a problem when leaving tabs open for a long time or using the Auto Tab Discard addon.

For the benefit of others, did you want to post how you made it work?
For IOS all you need to do is download the orbot VPN and turn it on. Then when I click the tor link for kiwifarms through chrome it lets me access the site. It doesn't work all the time but it works most of the time! Otherwise I use brave and turn on tor on desktop and it's much more reliable.

You are very likely to get KiwiFlare errors and quirkiness because the current version is JANK and I'm still working on a replacement.

This doesn't apply to Tor.
Did you change the security certificates? I was still getting the old sneed.today valid cert about 25% of the time (while returning a 502) on the old mirror. Getting the kiwifarms.pl mirror occasionally now and shows as invalid properly.

Don't ever login on the mirror so that doesn't matter.

If you've changed your hosts file manually, undo the change.

sorry for how shitty everything is running today, the new layer 7 protection is completely new and I'm having to configure a very complicated hacked together stack on the fly.
For what it's worth, we blame the trannies and the jews while we appreciate everything you do. Thank you for everything you've done, and please don't give up on what more you want to accomplish.

Please. I don't have anywhere else to post my cringy DJ Slobbermutt AI voice covers to goof on you.

I don't know if your efforts paid off or the troons finally committed 41%, but clearnet is running lightning fast and flawless right now.

The old system was a super hacksneyed Rust-to-Lua module for haproxy. It started falling apart under very heavy loads, haproxy itself seems to have trouble keeping up with certain kinds of DDoS attacks.

The new check is half C and half Rust. There is an nginx module written in C (with big thanks to two veteran C engineers who contributed free work). The Rust module I wrote and that is the actual check page. The check is also JavaScript I wrote. The implementation is borrowed from the proof-of-concept from Thomas Lynch who wrote the haproxy-protection Tor still uses.

New Kiwiflare appeared to trigger almost every single time I go to a different page, and I couldn't give stickers or post.

I have no idea what the fuck you just said, but good job and thank you.
