Who am I kidding he just wouldn’t touch her when she was pregnant because she didn’t look like his personal porn star anymore.
Eh given what calibre of women he simped over in the locals chat I doubt he would be that picky and demanding personal porn star level looks.
LMAO when Ralph is a better ally to Null than Nose
For some reason Ralph is still barely holding on. He made it longer than I thought.

The entry by police was likely lawful, as stated but the unnecessary search of the premise was not.
In this case it would be covered under S17 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act. The entry itself was lawful under S7 (1) (e)

(1)Subject to the following provisions of this section, and without prejudice to any other enactment, a constable may enter and search any premises for the purpose—
(e)of saving life or limb or preventing serious damage to property.
This becomes important because, as per s4:
(4)The power of search conferred by this section is only a power to search to the extent that is reasonably required for the purpose for which the power of entry is exercised.
A lot would depend on the exact circumstances of the property and how the search was done, but I could see an argument that a search was legal if they argue they were looking for the leak and/or the water meter to shut it off for example.

I believe we've only got Twitter is Cancer's word for this, and I'd trust that guy about as far as I'd trust Rekieta himself, but didn't he assert that Kayla took responsibility for making the drug buys?
That was somewhat entwined with the infamous massage story (the masseur was allegedly a dealer of hers). I asked TIC for more information/evidence, but couldn't get any.

When I was actually excited in hearing Nick's POV on current events, I remember being disappointed that during the 3 weeks of the Canadian trucker protest in 2022, Nick had no comment for the most part other than "go follow Viva for updates".
Nick had Runkle on to talk about the Canadian government announcing its use of the emergencies act on Valentine's Day. It was the first/only show I watched live since the announcement sounded so bizarre and extreme.

Lots of interesting discussion on the emergencies act prior to its implementation (though it was ultimately implemented before it was even officially voted on). Executing the highest level of political power in the country to fight the bouncy castles, protesters shoveling snow and cleaning the street, trucks which were initially directed to their locations by police that were "blocking" traffic even though they had a lane open for emergency vehicles. All this amidst people's bank account being frozen for attending the protest and the government nationalizing private businesses/property to remove the protestors. Had several live-streams going (notably Viva and The Shed) the day the government mobilized non-identifiable personnel on the protesters. Crazy times. Poor Canadians.

Didn't really know/care who Nick was and immediately moved on since it was clear that I wasn't his target audience anyway.

Thanks for the receipts. I guess the narrative you want to remember isn't always what actually happened.

Long anecdote about Dave Paisley, Live From The Shed impromptu trucker livestreamer

MV5BMzYwNWMzYjMtYmNiZC00OTQ0LTgxZTEtMWY2OTI0MDc2MTBjXkEyXkFqcGdeQXVyMTAyMzYwNzgw._V1_QL75_UY20...jpg

Dave from Live from the Shed was an interesting guy. He was a HVAC technician who drove a couple of hours to Ottawa with some friends the first weekend of the trucker protest with no connections. He was so inspired by what he saw, that he effectively quit his job, met some truckers and stayed there in front of Parliament for 3 weeks after his friends left for home on Sunday.

He streamed the events of the protest live like Viva, but documented more since he lived on site. At some point, some truckers went to the hardware store and built a prefab shed on the flatbed of a truck in front of Parliament. Dave split his time sleeping in the shed vs staying in an expensive downtown hotel room.

The original livestream was actually just a 24/7 security camera mounted to the top of the shed to document and give warning to antifa fags who were vandalizing trucks overnight while truckers slept in them in the cold. The lore is that one night Dave couldn't sleep in the freezing shed, so he started talking into the camera feed and became an online personality.

Dave stuck it out until Trudeau sent in his jackboots. The truck/shed Dave was staying in lasted until the Saturday after martial law was declared and the second last day of the protest. Dave was in the shed on the truckbed when RCMP officers arrested him at gunpoint with long rifles.

They ziptied his hands and had him stand for hours outside in inclement weather without proper winter gear in processing lines with other political prisoners. They eventually took a mugshot with a whiteboard with potential charges (though he was never formally verbally told of any charges or properly served down the road). He was then shoved in a paddywagon with group of detainees and driven to the outskirts of the city and dumped on the side of the road without a phone/money/winter clothing/shelter/transportation home. The detainees were subsequently housed and fed by a local bikers' church who set up a warming center once word got out what the police were doing.

Dave never was formally charged to my knowledge. After the militarized police beat and arrested all the truckers, they broke the windows on most of the trucks and vehicles left behind and left the windows down so the cabs would fill with snow.

The mayor of Ottawa, a woke gasbag, had publicly promised to sell off all the impounded trucks at auction to pay reparations to the laptop class civil servant snowflakes downtown who were so traumatized by the honking. His inhouse legal must have told him how batshit crazy this was over the equivalent of parking violations, so the city eventually caved and let Dave and the truckers buy their rigs out of impound after about a week for a small fortune. After which, Dave was driven back to his home in ?Kingston/Belleville, Ontario, (or possibly Elmira, ON) with prefab shed still intact.

Dave continued to stream and cover the happenings of the anti-Trudeau, anti-mandate happenings for the next 6 months or so FT. He went off the radar for a month last summer at a family cottage up north.

He didn't really return to regular streaming after that. At some point, he mentioned in a video that his old boss offered him FT HVAC work again and he was going to take it since he needed money.

His channel is dead since then, opting to return to normie anonymous life. He did make a Christmas video on his ?Twitter last year saying hello and essentially saying his mission was done, the COVID mandates were gone and he never intended to do this forever.

Isn't this the exact same dynamic that happened Legal Bytes and Depp?

I thought Rekieta hated drama? How does this keep happening?

He has always claimed that he voted for himself, I thought, in the most gay lolbert way.

In other news, Nick finally got his LIVE show sorted with tickets. I want to see how many of those seats get filled:
LOL at "330 General Admission tickets, Locals members get first crack at them".

I am not sure if the "first crack" means anything. I would be exceptionally surprised if Nick manages to sell 330 tickets in a month and a half.

EDIT: 2

If this kicks off TRW, seeing Nick's reaction will be interesting. He can ignore it or hold some credibility in his freeze peach stance.

My money is that he gives a milquetoast take. 'I do not agree with Jersh, but it is a shame he is having problems... I don't know what to say. Moving on...'

For some reason Ralph is still barely holding on. He made it longer than I thought.
I'm thoroughly convinced the spirit that had possessed Chris Chan has truly moved on to Ethan Oliver Ralph. I'll believe Ralph is through when there's a police report about defiling a corpse and we get news about Ralph on top of his mother's grave, face down, with his pants around his ankles.

There's no way he hasn't driven drunk with the amount he drinks. Alcoholics always think they are less drunk than they actually are. Hopefully he isn't doing it with his kids in the car.
I've lost a close family member to a drunk driver Total Drunk Driver Death
I think the way they treated drinking and driving in the 70's and before, where it was only a big deal if someone got hurt, is objectively the correct way to do it. All that being said I'm certain that Nick is the kind of guy that can't handle drinking and driving, because he can't even mouth off on the internet without committing a per se tort.

How does potentially illegal search & seizure apply to cases like this with lack of probable cause?

The entry by police was likely lawful, as stated but the unnecessary search of the premise was not.

We generally don't care about such things in the UK. Whether evidence is admissible or not is really a matter for the judge to decide, and all manner of stuff that would get thrown out in the USA just goes through on the nod here.
A breach of the rules in how you get the evidence has no bearing on whether it's admissible in court or not. I think the only guiding principle is whether it will unfairly prejudice the jury against the defendant.

But the heroin was out on his kitchen table, in open view. I would have thought it would be admissible even in the USA.

"Trials streams are really good for subs growth you guys!!"
drops down 1k subs
Legal Vices (Jeff the actual boomer) didn't have that problem with the Schabusiness trial.
LV-schabusiness-gains.png

LV was with this case all the way, he hyped it up for ages, and he knew what he was talking about. As a result, he was getting thousands of subs per day when he the trial got underway. The previous trial he covered also netted him tons of subscribers. Up until very recently, he was stuck at ~28k, and in barely over a month, he's more than doubled that. Hard work and consistency, ladies and guntlemen.

Meanwhile Nick continues to decline. Perhaps the problem isn't with commenting over a trial as a concept, but with the quality of the commentator.

PPP and Andy Warski did a 30 minute segment on Rekieta on their last show. They watched the turkey call-in clip.

PPP shouted "Liar!" over Nick saying he was in a "monogamous" sexual relationship and later said Rekieta was on "a slippery slope to Adam22".

I think Andy said that there's been no contact with Rekieta since the "Fuck Ralph Festival", which was one of their first shows.

Pretty much everyone who streams a trial has gained subs.

Then again nobody else is trial streaming while cooming
Nah, that's just generous Nick redistributing his subs amongst the serfs of LawTube. Just like he redistributes his wife amongst the black bulls in Jamaica.

New Elissa video:

Sean/Potentially Criminal has retracted his claim that Montagraph made a "snuff film" after being emailed by Montagraph.

Sean's explanation appears to be that he thought the found footage style of the "Umbrella Man" film counted as a "snuff film". He accepts he was incorrect after researching the definition of snuff film.

He's currently on the coomcast kvetching about porn bans.

So is this just his "FlashCast at home" show to coom all over eachother? Do either of them even show up on Flashcast anymore, or is everyone too embarrassed to be seen in the same StreamYard call with those two?
God I wonder if Nick's degen spiral beginnings line up with his friendship to the fag getting deeper. Coomalot could be a key factor in Nick getting more and more open with his sexcapades.
