Yeah its kinda fucked up when a bunch of people that shit on them and generally can't stand them also seem to have more humanity and concern for the shit they're subjected to than the doctors and fucking butchers that see them as dumb pay pigs whose only purpose is to make them money, who they will happily leave in fucking awful conditions and ghost if they get too annoying (ie request a basic level of care from their physicians.)

The surgeon literally looked at open bleeding gashes on a fresh surgery site then said “just keep dilating and applying bacitracin”. As much as I like bacitracin, that is not the time. And the dude is so blind to the danger he’s in that he’s asking whether he should be worried and/or go to the emergency room. Any honest person with working eyes would tell him to get to the nearest ER ASAP, as he likely needs emergency surgery (or at least some serious wound care). “Suture loss happens” though.
Sir, I don’t think that eating yogurt is the thing that worked. I’ve seen a couple other troons claim eating yogurt will help the amhole microbiome, do any of you know where they got this idea? How do they expect the bacteria to get from their gut (if it even gets past the stomach acid) to their skin tunnel? When they put the yogurt directly in there it’s still stupid but at least I can follow the train of thought.

Correct. And D, so that when you finally close up, the sutures in the skin are holding almost no tension, so that you can get a good cosmetic result, with minimal scarring. If the wound is pulling at the surface it will pull apart and scar tissue grows in the gap. The more separation the worse the scarring.

This is pretty much what the Vet I was talking too about this shit said when I showed him a couple of the Stinkditch pictures where the sutures had failed. His main observation was the suturing is rushed, unprofessional, and ineffective, just sloppy and careless with no concern for the patients comfort or outcome.
I just can't imagine how painfull these stink ditches are in the cases where they heal "well". You basicaly have a mismash of several layers of differential tissues that have mashed together in an attempt to heal shut. Mucosa fused to dermal, dermal agiasnt muscular. Just however the body was able to keep things closed. Everything must feel so tight and uncomfortable all the time.
Yup. Add to that ingrowing hairs in their fucking rot canal and having to constantly shove a dilator in there (seriously did you see the most recent one where the sutures have just burst open, it looks like that Cartel video where they have a pit bull and a Rottweiler rip a guy's dick off, and the fucking surgeon is just like "it's fine, just continue dilating") even when it's quite literally coming apart at the seams, they've got to keep ramming a fucking dilator in there, for hours at a time three of four times a day, even when they're like Dong Gone, who says he screams in pain with blood and pus running down his legs.
Heres the other thing, scar tissue tightens in some cases. Sometimes it can press on a nerve and cause pain or limit mobility. So a wound that looks healed may still be creating scar tissue deep inside the wound. Current treatments to this combat this involve massages to break the tissue up or physical therapy but Im unsure of how feasible that is for these types of surgeries.
Why do they need to ram into literally open wound when seams are coming apart, can’t they use some kind of specially formed pessary?
