It's precisely because of their caste system and culture that you can guess how they would function. Vivek is more predictable than Meatball, who has indicated that once he gets in, he's going full neocon on us. Vivek would put as many neocons around him as he needs to make sure his own guys get in there. Like it or not, this sort of outsider cronyism is one way of draining the swamp as it exists now, and I wish Trump had done more of it.I think you put too much faith into a group of peoples that still adhere to a caste system.
I for one am shocked a billionaire from South Africa living in the United States and a second-generation immigrant millionaire with Indian parents would want "legal immigration". It's almost if they want a cheaper work force and have no skin in the game.
Funny, I've heard that's why illegal immigration is happening. Or at least that's the unspoken reason. It's almost if they want a cheaper work force and have no skin in the game.
You think that's a skill only Trump has proven to be in possession of in terms of actual politicians who ran for office? Those of us who are paying attention will think his record is a liability, but the GOP has so far proven completely incapable of messaging to normie independents the disaster of progressive politics.
Every time I hear that, I can only think of his track record as governor. If he was a neocon, I doubt any of the governor moves he made would have happened in any capacity.Meatball, who has indicated that once he gets in, he's going full neocon on us.
He has very clearly been compromised in some way. My favorite theory is they fast tracked his wife onto the good cancer treatments that actually work, but who knows? He clearly got the memo that Trump is going to be removed and he will be the Heir Apparent if he only tows the (uni)party line.Every time I hear that, I can only think of his track record as governor. If he was a neocon, I doubt any of the governor moves he made would have happened in any capacity.
Wouldn't this merely be draining one swamp and substituting it with another swamp just as bad if not worse long term? It's precisely because of their caste system and culture that you can guess how they would function. If the bodies of water in India are any indication, the new swamp under Vivek will be MUCH worse.Wouldn't this merely be draining one swamp and substituting it with another swamp just as bad if not worse long term?
Stabbing people in the back is standard when a political campaign is falling apart at the seams.Instead he's stabbing people in the back 18 months in advance. This could be his autism or his wife is so abusive he's subconsciously lashing out.
Sounds like it.Wouldn't this merely be draining one swamp and substituting it with another swamp just as bad if not worse long term?
Jeb did more for Floridian conservatives than Zion Ron. Zion Ron is just the Jeb! of 2024. They are banking on Trump going away so the base ends up getting reshuffled back. They want the Trump supporters but only if they go back to agreeing with neocohen platitudes. There will still be approximately 45% of the registered voters that will vote for any Republican who gets nominated in 2024, that’s what they are banking on. They just need to shut out Trump from the primaries or at least by the time the RNC convention occurs next summer. That’s why his trial is in the later part of spring next year. They know if they can get someone else nominated other than Trump, most of the base will fall in line.Every time I hear that, I can only think of his track record as governor. If he was a neocon, I doubt any of the governor moves he made would have happened in any capacity.
That is their hope, but it's unlikely to happen. A Meatball or similar might capture the majority of Trump's base just due to the R, but they're going to lose a lot of those transient blue collar crossover votes which originally flipped the Rust Belt - i.e. they're just going to stay home. Without them turning out the Dems don't even need fortification, they'll easily trounce the Rep candidate in every state necessary for a Republican win. They know if they can get someone else nominated other than Trump, most of the base will fall in line.
So all according to plan, status quo restored, keep losing with dignity then. That is their hope, but it's unlikely to happen. I'll be very tempted to vote for local/state and Congressional representatives and just leave the presidential candidate tab blank. Or write in something like "Chuck Sneed."I foresee a bunch of people staying home on election day if the GOPe get their way. Happened in 2012 as well, some Republicans voted for Romney but a lot of them stayed home
Was the network of assassins busy?Tomorrow Devon Archer is to testify to Congress about Hunter's bribery scam with his father. Oh look, the DOJ now wants to imprison him before he can testify.

Except the reason Trump was popular was BECAUSE he didn't go with Neocon platitudes on the campaign. And if Trump goes to jail, then the question becomes if see see things like The Battle of Athens or we see a right wing CHAZ that sees more guns and an actual visit from the US Army. They want the Trump supporters but only if they go back to agreeing with neocohen platitudes.
