Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

Pete finally snapped yesterday. If you ever possibly feel bad for Pat, just remember how badly he treats nice, normal people who are trying to help.

Here's Pat's GenCon schedule. Saturday will be his two solo shows. Remember, he hasn't released anything since 2020 and doesn't have a contract with a publisher. Also nothing is finished - when people have asked about completing his two trilogies, he has said that the books are "half done". Don't get me started on Tiny Tim's Back & Pissed.

Throw a public tantrum about the BPD "self"-diagnosis from someone else, that'll prove them wrong lol

Fatty is constantly saying people are psychopaths, delusional, mentally ill, but can't take being described as BPD. Just like with Twitter trolling he's not against it, he just can't handle being on the receiving end.

I thought Christmas Carnage already came out and was fairy well received.

Edit: should probably post it again for the people who have yet to be graced by the literary genius that is mister Owen A. Forrems.

no, child, those aren't my assets in the first place. Torque Wheeler is a quiet, dependable roommate with no history of debt and he won't stand for having his belongings appropriated by you little baby stalker felons. and no, stalker, there is no lien on my property. wait for the knock. you'll soon be receiving the professional help you desperately need for your delusional mental state.
Nikki and Pat will have to tighten their belts after the bankruptcy. Somehow, Pat’s waistline will continue to expand though.
If you ever possibly feel bad for Pat,
This has never happened to me even one time. He manages to be one of the most self-righteous pricks posting on X while simultaneously being the most pathetic.

Top fucking kek, once again Pat is hosting panels with topics he has absolutely no authority to speak on. It has been how many years now that he got a book published? i should start reading the posts i quote. God, i wish @Boston Brand was still amongst us, i'd love to know how many books Ricky sold this year.

For people saying Pat has ODD, he really fits it to a T, but he doesn't (and likely never did) qualify for that diagnosis because he has at least one of the exclusionary criteria. One of the exclusionary criteria is "Deceit For Benefit" or "Deceit To Avoid Obligation". It has been clearly demonstrated over the years that 'Rick has a consistent pattern of "Deceit For Benefit", and I'm not talking about his lying to alogs. Consider the marathon where he lied about his outcome, that was a clear example of "Deceit For Benefit", note the benefit does not have to necessarily be material. His benefit in this instance was through social media and "esteem" from friends, acquaintances, & family. It was a purely emotional and psychological benefit. He additionally meets the criteria of "Deceit To Avoid Obligation". A good example of that is when he plead "No Contest" to threatening the life of his unborn child. He didn't admit his guilt because of the associated social shame attached to it and wanting to avoid taking responsibility for his own words. The best recent example was his Chapter 128 application which he intentionally defaulted on. He never had any intention of fulfilling that obligation as evidenced by his inaction regarding any attempts at repayment. He clearly did it to avoid the supplemental examination of his assets and debts and forestall the legal process. His intention was purely to avoid his legal obligation to pay the debt. This assertion was accepted by the court and as such the court has taken action against him for his failure to appear at the supplemental examination.

Because of his deceit and avoidance he likely qualified for the more severe diagnosis of Conduct Disorder, and after 18 would qualify for the diagnosis of Antisocial Personality Disorder. If you look at those two disorders you will see that Patrick's behavior goes beyond ODD to qualify as CD and then ASPD.

Niki filed bankruptcy a while back (not sure the year, maybe a decade ago, I do remember thinking she was pretty young to be giving up like that). I thankfully don't know anything about this, but can a person just declare bankruptcy over and over again? I'm assuming her past failure is now Pat's failure too since they're married, is that true?
There's generally an 8 year bar on declaring bankruptcy again, at least for the fairly common Chapter 7 type. There are a lot of technicalities and other kinds of bankruptcy. I had a friend (shockingly of the Semitic persuasion) who structured his finances so as to be able to do this as often as legally allowed.

Classifying conduct like Rick's as a mental illness really lets him off the hook.

If you actually had to classify his behavior as stemming purely from some mind disease, it would be something like Absolute Piece of Shit Disorder.

He isn't ill. He's evil.

Luckily for the world he is such an impotent little worm that while he is a villain, he is a mostly harmless villain, since he lacks the ability to do anything of note.

Calling him evil makes him sound kinda cool. Absolute Piece of Shit almost covers it. But he’s also so obnoxiously intellectually insecure that I think we need a better label for Pathologically Pathetic Pat Syndrome. Maybe something like Totally Impotent Deadbeat Debtor Inflated Elephantine Syndrome (TIDDIES).

ASPD is the medical equivalent of declaring someone a hopeless, amoral, unethical, piece of shit. The only reason to use APSD is so you can attach a diagnostic, and subsequent billing code to it. You don't get paid for diagnosing someone as a PoS, as it has no associated codes. It's sorta like how in law they use "Vexatious Litigant" as a label for someone who is a PoS that abuses the legal system and wastes time and resources on bullshit.

Really disappointed with the Gencon 2023 lineup this year. I was hoping to see the author Owen A. Forrems on the roster of special guests. His novel A Christmas Carnage is one for the ages and will probably be regarded as the first "classic" novel of the 2020s decades from now. I guess I can put the money I would've spent on tickets and travel towards that 3hp blender I saw online the other day.
