I've been to steakhouses in Japan, America and Australia where there's lots of "le fancy high end steaks" that's no where on the public menu and the waitstaff spends 5 minutes copesplaining its dry aging process and origin and all that stupid gimmicky marketing fluff. This was probably one of them, that's why the waiter babbled in the beginning about their offerings.

If we go by the typical size of 15-16oz (425-454g), that's a over $500 already.
You can't really trust anything that comes out of this fat liar's mouth, very little of it is true and it's all meant to affect your perception of him. He edits in that '$500' price tag (@ 2:26) when the steak was shown, however shortly after (@ 3:00) he says 'Wagyu beef... *inaudible bc kids* like 75 dollars, 100 dollars an ounce..?'. As you said the Hall's Greenville menu clearly shows a $34/oz cost, so which one is it Steven? For someone so focused on how much money was spent on this dinner (and who literally just had a menu in front of him), how do you get the price wrong by threefold?
It's not a huge cut so I can believe that it was about 5oz (AKA $500 in Boogie prices), this puts the price at a much more reasonable $170. He's such a fucking weirdo that he can't just talk about the steak itself, he has to make these strange points about how he'd 'never buy it for himself' and that 'this is the very last bite of wagyu beef, in this lifetime'.
Does he really think anyone believes that he'll never treat himself to an expensive meal ever again? It's like he has this bizarre temporary amnesia specifically about the fact that he's a 400+lb WLS surgery failure. Why would this be his last bite ever in his life, doesn't he have more birthdays ahead? How does he know he won't get treated ever again? I kinda get a whiff of some subtle suicide baiting but that's maybe more of a force of habit than anything, because it makes absolutely zero sense at a birthday dinner eating like a glutton with his new 'life partner' by his side.

had literally four different plates in front of him during their mains. He ordered himself an even bigger steak, and in the green you can see that he opted to add on what I assume to be some kind of blue cheese compound butter on top. Furthermore from the tails circled in yellow we can see that he also added on some seafood to his dinner, naturally he ticked literally all the boxes.
Not only does he share KBAC's brownie dessert, him and Dezi appear to have
another dessert between them. Can't forget the glass of ice cream, milk, sugar, and booze to wash it all down with, plus whatever else he drank off-camera.
We all know Steven is an unrelenting fatass but my point here specifically is that there is no possible way that he can argue that his stomach is anywhere near what it was post-surgery, in fact I would argue that it's currently even larger than a regular adult male's. According to various google sources after WLS surgery your stomach is only big enough to hold anywhere from 1oz to 1 cup, essentially that first round of steak should have nearly filled him to an uncomfortable degree. It should be virtually impossible for him to have consumed this meal without vomiting in between courses, but he puts it down and walks out with a smile on his face. This would have been a pretty significantly sized meal for most adult men, he loves to claim that his surgeon is 'happy he saved my life' or whatever the fuck but we all know they would be having a wholly different discussion if shown this video.
Personal point of autism: While I'm glad they ordered a reasonable temperature for the high quality beef it is, what is the fucking point of spending so much money on A5 if you're just going to slather it in a compound butter? There's a reason the menu says 'Experience the inimitable marbling and sought-after flavor that is Japanese beef' and not 'Experience the flavor drowned in a hunk of melted butter and herbs'. KBAC ends up dipping his personal steak in truffle butter (which I'm down with for sure, just not on wagyu), but I don't see any butters on their menu that would have any green like Boogie's does. Point is that steak doesn't need anything but the seasoning it came with (salt, and maybe some pepper), smearing it with a bunch of herb butter is tacky. I wish I could have a fly on the wall after they left to hear what the staff thought of them, I can only imagine they all died laughing in the kitchen once they knew the coast was clear.

You can see in realtime how Boogie realised that he needed to do something drastic to get his views back up. So instead of having her behind the camera during these travel vlogs, he decided to throw her in front of it and constantly use her in thumbnails. I like how she's always referred to as "girlfriend". That's exactly what this thing is to Boogie. A title, nothing else of significance or importance. She is just "girlfriend".
Anyway, you can see the spike in views once she enters the fray, but the numbers still aren't amazing. You can see them jump again and stay consistent when he uses "KIDBEHINDTHECAMERA'S" name in the video titles.

One of which was his claim that he was making 5 figures per month back in March of 2022. Boogie denies this and says that he made that claim back in 2020. Well the uploader (called Seethin' Steven lol) seemed to have caught wind of this interaction and posted a response video "Boogie responded to my video...by lying".
The video proves that Boogie made these claims back in 2022 and even goes as far as screen-recording Boogie saying this directly from his Tiktok account.

I could've sworn in the past that he's claimed conventions don't pay that much.
