Remember last year with his leaking roof and fan video, With it now reposted after he removed it for being up 24 back then, he had tagged a few people for whatever reason. This was a cheerleader he only tagged In that one post he drooled over for a couple of months then left her alone.

A billboard is so on brand for Russell Greer. As is the overall design of it. What are the chances that stock image is cleared for free use in paid advertisements?

I also wonder if this is allowed. Brothels aren't permitted to advertise in Clark County where Vegas is located. But can outside parties with no connection to brothels advertise them? Asafernevada.org/brothels is a dead link. I assume he means to provide a helpful list of locations.

I was curious how much this would cost. Only curious enough to do a cursory google search, but the estimates below are less than I expected. This is the first site that had a price list right up front, and I suspect it is small potatoes compared to a company like Clear Channel. I assume billboard rates go through the roof during Super Bowl, just like every other form of advertising, especially the closer they are to the stadium and the The Strip.

We've got:
A Vegas news station.
A studly gay reporter from said station.
A San Francisco news station.
A hotel/resort company.
A random bunny ranch hooker.

Most comments are just randoms wondering how exactly is this news, and the reporter getting oddly defensive about it.
Can we post the video of this segment?

The details of that whole sub-chapter don't seem confirmed to me.
After making "I Don't Get You", Russell claimed to be in touch with people who were delivering the song to Swift.
Not long after, Russell said he was rejected again, and it seemed there was finally some closure.
That didn't stick, and Russell was back to re-wooing her in no time.
Was there really a C&D or was he fleeced by trolls pretending to pass it along?
It wouldn't have been the first time, and we know how gullible Russell is.
I think if it were real he would have shown it.
Hasn’t the interview been posted here already?
yep.
citracett ftw again.

That April person is a little worked up over a pre-recorded segment on a local news show. The show is specifically for covering local issues. And like @The Great Citracett said, it was saved for a very slow news day. It's not like the channel made Hookers4All their leading story every night. It was a 3:53 long segment. I'm surprised Russ didn't try to argue with her/threaten to sue her/hit on her/all of the above.

It has been over a year since Greer last reported to the Nevada Secretary of State. He has been out of compliance for a while. In order to keep his PACs active he is required to file annual registration and contribution and expense reports every January. He failed to do so (you can see that here). He is also supposed to file a quarterly contribution and expense report if he collects or spends more than $1,000 in a quarter. Quarterly reports are due Jan 15, April 15, July 15, and Oct 15.

Russell "attention to detail" Greer, filed his Q2 C&E for ASN on July 29.
He received $50 in contributions from an anonymous source.
He spent $100 for expenses related to advertising.

Yeah, she seems like a Boomer who falls for rage-bait "articles" that gets shat out from Facebook's agro.

That price won't include the design, production and installation of the billboard. That costs a fair whack, you can't just print one out on your Epson. I'd guess you can double those prices in reality.
Ah. That makes a lot more sense. It seemed that having an actual physical billboard poster printed and installed should cost wildly more than just sending a JPEG that gets put in some cycle. But if all of those costs are "extras" then it would explain why the price seems so low. Although it's ridiculous that they're not just included, or at least as a base package where actual "extras" will add to the cost (I mean like installing anything other than a basic printed poster - shapes that extend past the natural edge of the billboard, lights/displays, stuff like that).
