Like all things Russ, it's halfassed and a waste of his money.Russ doesn't know this one weird trick to "avoid the illegal awful":
Don't pay whores for sex.
ETA: the URL on his billboard design is 404.
Can we post the video of this segment?Tags on the billboard post:

We've got:
A Vegas news station.
A studly gay reporter from said station.
A San Francisco news station.
A hotel/resort company.
A random bunny ranch hooker.

Most comments are just randoms wondering how exactly is this news, and the reporter getting oddly defensive about it.
This seems counter-intuitive. You pay $500 to $1000 extra... to have your ad placed for a few seconds on a digital billboard which you're sharing with a bunch of other ads? As opposed to the traditional billboard, which guarantees that it'll have the best chance of actually being seen by every motorist?
Hasn’t the interview been posted here already? Can we post the video of this segment?
It could've been, I've only been on here sparingly when KF was just available using Tor, so I might have missed it when skimming through the thread.Hasn’t the interview been posted here already?

Wow, that is cheap. Less than the cost of paying a woman to pretend to like him for a couple of hours in Olive Garden. This latest scheme might actually happen, for one billboard at least.Only curious enough to do a cursory google search, but the estimates below are less than I expected.
That April person is a little worked up over a pre-recorded segment on a local news show. The show is specifically for covering local issues. And like @The Great Citracett said, it was saved for a very slow news day. It's not like the channel made Hookers4All their leading story every night. It was a 3:53 long segment. I'm surprised Russ didn't try to argue with her/threaten to sue her/hit on her/all of the above.Tags on the billboard post:

Yeah, she seems like a Boomer who falls for rage-bait "articles" that gets shat out from Facebook's agro. That April person is a little worked up over a pre-recorded segment on a local news show. Ah. That makes a lot more sense. It seemed that having an actual physical billboard poster printed and installed should cost wildly more than just sending a JPEG that gets put in some cycle. But if all of those costs are "extras" then it would explain why the price seems so low. Although it's ridiculous that they're not just included, or at least as a base package where actual "extras" will add to the cost (I mean like installing anything other than a basic printed poster - shapes that extend past the natural edge of the billboard, lights/displays, stuff like that). That price won't include the design, production and installation of the billboard. That costs a fair whack, you can't just print one out on your Epson. I'd guess you can double those prices in reality.
