There's something really sus about this.I thought she had, but If she hasn't, I'd bet almost anything she probably will. Generally speaking, if the parties agree to anything, a judge won't do anything to derail that agreement. Maybe make minor adjustments, at most. Joint motions grease the wheels of the judicial system and overall lighten a judge's workload.
And yes, the judge could derail it and just dismiss the case for want of prosecution because this schedule is ridiculous. It indicates a lack of seriousness on all sides.
