I do agree if he was that big a trouble, they could have easily tossed him over to any neighbour without the small amount of crap that they would get for offing him.

And he is a retard. You don't go to a corrupt shithole than yell loudly you hate it. If nothing else it is the perfect excuse for a pig-cop to waggle its nightstick at you and go "You fined now, give me 100 dollars nowenko!" .

Slovakian and Serb cops often do this with foreign cars, and Croat, Czech and Hungarian cops aren't above giving you excessive tickets, though anecdotally not as much as the two worst offenders after hoholstan. And some of those are EU members.

Even Austrian cops are not above fining trucks for 200 euro or taking a good 50 euro wink wink "local express" fine.

last time he was arrested we got hd video, this time it's just some dude with fake tits saying we got him. Smells very fishy to me.

another thing that chaps my ass about it all, what the hell did he actually do to piss them off enough to arrest him in the first place? Coach isn't capable of being a spy, he'd be doing videos bragging about it. I wish we had some way of finding out what he actually did. I don't buy the idea it's just him popping off about system pigs and calling zelenetsky a bastard. Maybe it's just me being 1/4 retarded on my mom's side, but I think he did something other than popping off about ukraine

I agree. The people posting to date stating that the Ukrainians got him, both Gonzalo's Youtuber friend, and the bolt on tranny "Ukrainian spokesthing" don't know anything more than we know.

They are making their pronouncements based off of Gonzalo's announcement that if he doesn't post again in 12 hours, that means the Ukrainians got him. Highly probable. Then again, if he is begging for "asylum" from the Hungarians, it might be taking them a while to figure out what to do with this cluster fuck of a human.

He could still have posted something from his phone if he were waiting on the Hungarian bureaucracy. I'd say it's nearly certain the Ukes got him.

The trial supposedly already started, so there should be public records.

They can try him in absentia, I might check the court system to see if anything new has been posted but I kinda want to wait a few days to see if he pops back up. He'll defiantly rack up extra charges, what that will mean in terms of sentencing will depend on the judge.

Most judges, regardless of country, really hate it when you don't show up on time for court - let alone abscond.

That troon is confirmed to be one of the "speakers for the Defense Forces", doesn't mean he wasn't just sprouting propaganda but does seem more likely. The last time he got arrested the released the very funny bodycam footage, which was entirely just to humiliate him, but that was clearly planned in advance whereas I don't think they actually planned to have coach do a runner.

My theory is some judicial fuck up mean he got his passport back and wasn't fitted with an ankle monitor. So they really didn't expect this and now they're wondering what to do.

As for why he got arrested, and why they made such a big deal out of it, honestly I think he just really annoyed the authorities and they decided to make an example out of him. There are not many openly pro-Russian people in Ukraine, coach was an exception. Having said that he might have been unpopular for other reasons, but it would probably be something really minor like being a sex pest or something.

In addition to that, I unironically want Coach to make it out of there alive and well because it would prove my hypothesis that living your life as a 1 INT build is still viable if you invest those points in Luck. It's like how IRL streamer retards have (at least to my knowledge) never gotten themselves or anyone else killed by now.

If not, oh well. I will at least respect Coach for giving us probably the best episode of Jackass we ever got.

My schizo theory, to which I'll stick until proven otherwise, is that the Ukrainian zombie government was hunting Coach for something completely unrelated to the war. At the end of the day he is a sexpat in a third world shithole who may have gotten himself in legal trouble for doing sexpat in third world shithole related things.

Has Gonzalo not been represented by a lawyer? He should have been able to afford a good one by local standards. Given Gonzalo's claims of corruption, that lawyer should have been able to advise Gonzalo if this was a situation where bribery would have got him out of this mess. And given that his stay in jail lost him $70k, that sounds like a bargain. That lawyer should have also been there to advise Gonzalo if they truly were giving him an hint to make a run for it.

It has always been assumed that once a cow is dead or in jail, all of the fun goes away. But is that still true in corrupt Ukraine? Could we not simply pay off some prison guards to get pictures of Gonzalo sweeping the floor? Pics of him cuddling with a fellow inmate for warmth? Pics of him breaking rocks? Videos of him jazzercising off all those excess pounds?

Gonzalo claims he had $140k in his paypal from patreon. Think of all the entertainment that could provide.

Talk about your Win-Win-Win scenarios. Gonzalo's friends and family get to see regular proof that Gonzalo is alive and in good condition. The internet stays entertained. The guards make a few extra bucks. Gonzalo gets to stay alive and in good condition so that he can continue to be the prison guard's cash cow.
