Plus cops don't let something like taking a swing at them slide. Your directly confronting thier authority and they don't tolerate shit like that. Take a swing at a cop and yer gonna cap a felony charge for sure.

I know Pat is a lolcow and therefore won't learn anything, but I think prison will do him some good.
No xitter, no booze, no cellphone messages to react to, and no niggeroni. He will be surrounded by >2.0 GPA peers, so he might actually make some real friends. Maybe Deebo saying "You alright yt-boi." will replace the desperate need for validation that he tries to get from twitter.
With all that being said, I definitely want him to be kept out of prison, it never results in lulz.
