Better to just hurl an RPG or ATGM into the window and blow it up than have a guy run up to the window and spray. An ATGM can fly over a kilometer and has the added bonus of collapsing the structure.

Don't even need to go that far. An underbarrel grenade launcher is cheap as shit, and works just as well. Killing them is nice and all but really, as far as a flamethrower substitute goes, your trying to strongly encourage them to abandon whatever strong point they're holed up in. A rifle grenade will probably kill or wound them, definitely disorient the survivors as to be combat ineffective, and makes a very very good case for everyone to not go back into the room that just exploded once, and probably will again.
Bombing drones, the shells are conventional explosives - Can't tell if its novel explosives, or just hand grenades in a casing that makes it easier to drop from height, but either way, just grenades. Safer and more reliable than hand grenades in plastic cups, at any rate.
