Depending on what Jim used to cash out his earnings he may not see a decline. There was only an issue with Payoneer which they disabled. It has nothing to do with moving to Dublin according to the company.
Coming from some other patreon creators and reddit posts (should they be accurate) patreon is wrong and it is their system not just Payoneer. Some people are still marked as fraudulant and cannot take their earnings or resubscribe with Paypal or their own card.
