They observed some similarities between gay mens brains and womens brains but it’s not conclusive at all. And they do note that there needs to be a lot more research. It’s difficult to compare because behavior, hormones and environment can affect areas of the brain so two straight women can also show differentiation that can’t be attributed to sexuality.

They also didn’t compare gay women to straight men at all which makes the whole thing pretty useless imho. But I also don’t know shit so feel free to disregard my opinion.

Eviction is an absolute bitch for all landlords. The majority of them usually just let the lease run out and don't renew it. If their landlord is willing to go through the hassle of the paperwork, the court fees, consulting a lawyer etc, they must have done something pretty heinous beyond merely refusing to pay rent.

I think that troon might be telling the truth about what happened to him, which does make me feel bad for him because that sounds terrifying. But it's another moment that should be dysphoria-inducing because a woman in her thirties would already know to call security in that situation.

I've come to the realization lately that women are much meaner than men because they have to be--they can't afford to entertain the creeps out of sheer politeness like men can. This just goes to show the lengths the people will go to spin to their stories into oppression narratives when the reality is that the situation is nothing of the sort.

With that in mind, it's not surprising WhiteNervosa would leave out the important detail that the lease is month to month and the landlord decided they need to move on.

It all depends on the location, unfortunately. Activists are trying to persuade localities, especially those in liberal strongholds, to pass ordinances that require landlords to offer tenants a lease renewal if they haven't done anything to warrant being removed from the property for cause.

That notwithstanding, eviction is a last resort for landlords because as as soon as the process begins, tenants usually start to trash the rental property to the point its damaged beyond repair. Kinda ironic that these people trash the very property they live in while contesting eviction.
