"Movie effects weren't up to that standard"
This is the dumbest retort of all of them.

The moon landing feed was shown through a projector IIRC, and all footage of it is recorded from that projection. It looks like absolute shit.

That isn't even getting into how 2001 A Space Odyssey disproves this point pretty easily.

Like not saying it was fake or not but come the fuck on...

To do nothing now would mean the DOJ is the new most powerful branch of government with no checks. If they push through on Trump they will absolutely start after judges themselves for what they perceive to be wrong rulings, because there is nothing to stop them if they allow this.
So instead of Judge Dredd its now Judge Drag. The future is fucking lame and gay.

The real controversy regarding the moon landing in current year plus eight is how a lot of the technology was developed by Germans who were brought on board via Operation Paperclip. The current powers that be would love to denounce the moon landing for being rayciss. However it’s too deeply engrained in the country’s culture until those white baby boomers start dying off. Wernher von Braun has essentially been purged from history. If the moon landing was fake, there would’ve been a confession by now to completely discredit the idea that we needed to bring over Germans from the war. Therefore I think the moon landings were real.

Every try to explain to one of these jackholes while civilizations that had slavery in the early days far outstripped the others? They literally can't comprehend that the world was different.
That's most people sadly

Also for example the concept of national states is rather new. Before people would identify with what ever fedual lord ruled them or whether they supported the pope or holy Roman emperor etc.

Just like how Americans can't grasp that a bunch of people who look white that have lived in a region of Northern Europe for 1000s of years might not like eachother too much. What how can Russian shoot a chechian they are both white etc.

The whole concept of whiteness came about because of imported farm equipment. It really is stupid were struggling with it 100 years latter

Also John the number of animes that deal with a modern human going to a primitive society all to show thier super modern powers are alot.

From watching the interview of the guy that created "The Search for Hitler" series, he hated Nazis. But when it came to Operation Paperclip he was basically "Yeah they were Nazis, but AMERICAH!" What the US Government decides (not the American people) is permissable because they are America, not you. The US Government always knows best. I mean just sit back and watch the trashfire that unfolds, when someone brings up nuking Japan twice wasn't necessary.

It has been proven, again and again, that the technology to fake the moon landing is many decades more advanced than the technology needed to just go.
I still like the idea that when the government hired Stanley Kubrick to fake it he insisted the only way to do it properly would be to film on location, and got his wish.
Going to the moon with 1960s technology seems impossible until you remember that the SR-71 was going Mach 3 in the stratosphere with a lot of 1950s technology.
The XB-70 that preceded the SR-71 is also an amazing piece of work.

"Whiteness" is an English concept. A hot debate in the 18th century was whether Germans were white enough to become Americans, since they didn't have quite the pallid, sickly complexion of Englishmen.

After December 2020 there was no reason to believe SCOTUS would do anything. And they thought things would cool down and go back to normal, but then you had Biden continually pushing more and more bullshit and we even had the justices be targeted for violence by leftist crazies.

The Beltway conservative consensus was that Trump was nothing more than a political fit of pique, and the quicker he was out of the picture, the quicker the GOP voters' love for tax cuts, war, and sodomy would be rekindled. Look at how they're responding to the indictments. They have no awareness that the common GOP voter is contextualizing it against the organized, nationwide terrorist attacks the left wreaked and which Democrats actively abetted, from the attack on the Senate offices to Disrupt J20 to Antifa's attack on the White House, and, of course, how an absolutely evidence-free (really evidence-free) conspiracy theory about a Russian spy ring with Donald John Trump as its most trusted agent was used to try and delegitimize the 2016 election and find a reason to remove Trump from office. Even if Trump did anything wrong, what he did pales to the years of violence and fraud the left wreaked on our country, and the GOP did nothing about. They just think, "Oh look, indictments, we can jump on this to make our dumb, stupid voters forget about him!" And they can't figure out why their voters hate them more and more and more. The Democrats have sponsored organized terror cells in major cities, and Mike Pence just says, "That's not my concern."

And people were saying that the 2020 election could be sent to the SC back when the drama was fresh. And that was BEFORE Biden had a justice pick and AFTER Trump had his picks confirmed.

What makes you think they’ll take the case this time?
Others have already voiced it, but this. They aren't Trump's judges, they are Mitch's judges, never forget. Unless Trump and the turtle reach an agreement, things are dead in the water.
Trump talks about the purple haired villainess.

God, I love how absolutely petty he can be some times. "Stupid butch dykes lost face for all of America while insulting it, very disrespectful. SAD"

They hear just about every case that Trump appeals to them. They don’t always rule in his favor, certainly, but I see no reason why they wouldn’t hear it. Furthermore, SCOTUS has to ensure its own survival. If it doesn’t even hear important cases, it will return to pre-Marbury v. Madison (1803) days. They aren’t asked to rule on controversial Election cases using few and uncertain legal principles. They are asked to merely reaffirm the 6th amendment, maintain validity of their history of 1st amendment cases, and perhaps the only controversial thing, reaffirm Department of the Navy v. Egan, 484 U.S. 518 (1988)
