It's not that they're broken, it's that the batteries won't get changed when the charge gets low and thus the "low battery" chirp will go off every 30 seconds or so for generations.

As a Noticer™ one thing I've noticed about blacks is they will be totally healthy, young and normal weight but still ride the fat people scooter grocery stores provide. They will usually be wearing a bonnet cus dey weave ain't done, fluffy slippers and and yelling at someone on FaceTime while the little scooty puff basket is full of processed frozen shit and snacks.
