Idiotic lyrics aside, this is fucking embarrassing coming from a "professional" musician.
- It's entirely in mono, because he decided to use a 6-track loop pedal for recording an album, then, when he broke it, decided to use a 2-track pedal instead rather than wait for it to be repaired or use even basic recording equipment or software.
- You can hear him count the tambourine part in. One, edit that shit out. Two, I've never, ever, heard a musician count themselves in. Fucking embarrassing.
- The recording quality is horrible. A man with a $40,000 guitar collection can't afford a half-decent mic like an SM57, that costs like $90.
- The song only has three basic as shit chords that just repeat over and over. Again, don't use a loop pedal to record you spacker.
- The guitar playing is really average and dull for someone who wants to earn a living playing and teaching guitar.
- The guitar solos are riddled with mistakes even though they're the same basic licks repeated over and over.
- Dave can't sing a fucking note.
- Dave sounds 100% like a man. A man who can't sing.
Fucking horrible. 0/10. Even Cobes' music is better. Whilst he's a worse guitarist than Dave, he at least puts some imagination into his arrangements and arguably writes better lyrics. He can use Garageband/Audacity, which Dave apparently can't. Cobes' music is in stereo. He's no worse a singer than Dave, either.

Some speculation:
La principessa is a short dumpy creep with few marketable skills, no desire to use those skills, and a raging sense of entitlement, exacerbated by wealthy, successful parents and siblings. He was given many material advantage, as were his siblings, but has achieved fuck all. They achieved respect and status by talent, hard work and interpersonal skills. Dave however has few talents, does not like hard work, and won’t improve his interpersonal skills to stop creeping on young women, annoying other etc. Yet he wants respect. Money would be handy too.
How can a workshy mediocre person get respect? Play the victim card. The world is transphobic, muh family persecutes me etc. This has other benefits:
- it feeds the grift on GFM
- it drags his family down, thus making his own failure more bearable (they succeeded by lying, cheating, etc so it’s not real success!)
- at some point, they might give him walkaway money to stop the harassment, although Dave would think of this as money he is owed just for existing as a poor disabled hairy lady. My guess is they have done so multiple times, and finally realised it just encourages him. They also might still love and pity him, as they might think he’s mentally ill. And indeed he might be.
- He gets to be selfish, narcissistic, spendthrift, harassing and cruel, while accusing his family of exactly the same things. The projection is wild.
None of this shit gets you a house, credit card or real friends, but Dave is above the hard work and compromises they require. He’ll take his psychological wins in other ways.

People like him that combine narcissism, victimhood, and entitlement, can never take responsibility for their own actions. He needs someone to blame, but by turning on his own family, it's only making his own life worse, which then makes him more vindictive and so on. He likely genuinely believes that it's their fault that his life is the way it is, when really he's been very lucky that they've put up with his shit for so long. But as it's "their fault", he has to see them punished.

Considering how much Dave projects, I'm going to need to see a shitload of evidence that it wasn't Dave who was the foiled school shooter, let alone that his brother wasn't just making a joke about hating his teacher and Dave has decided that means his brother should be expelled from society.
Well, Dave also fits quite neatly in the the dark triad personality types. And those types, especially nowadays, are very drawn to victimhood as a weapon. So a lazy narcissist being denied his rightful due is of course going to blame everyone else for his problems, especially when he's used to just getting what he wants. When finally, after decades, his family stops enabling him, of course it's their fault not his.
So yes, he's definitely mentally ill, but is also likely a terminal case of Complete Cunt Personality Disorder, and he doesn't think it's a problem. He's just going to be an aggravating burden on everyone who interacts with him, and a source of lols for us, for the rest of his pathetic life.

Even if Dave hitches a ride (and doesn’t volunteer gas money), stays with someone (didn't see him asking for a spare motel couch this time), the event itself is free (which it can be), and brings his own meals/snacks — this Skepticon trip is in pretty bad taste, when Dave is simultaneously asking the internet to take over his allowance from Dr. Joe.
Agreed. In the past couple of years, his eyes particularly look oddly magnified. Is this due to the lenses? I'd assumed he was using some sort of filter, as they also look really... blurry. In addition, Dave has talked about his missing a tooth/teeth, which is why he does the prim smile and talks with his upper lip held low. Must be one of the canines/incisors, but I thought it was up front.
While Dave is not allowed to contact his parents directly (was that why 2 protective orders were issued, one for each parent?), it doesn’t seem to stop him from complaining online. He's continued complaining about his father denying him contact with Mr. Hickory the cat:

One of the bottles is a Nature’s Bounty (or Nature’s Valley?) vitamin bottle and another is a Tums (antacid brand). The purple lid might be Allegra (general allergy meds) and there’s a Walmart logo among the bottles. So that’s 12 actual prescriptions. The bottle to the right of the large vitamin bottle looks like it might be OTC “back hurty” “meds” like rub on Icy Hot or something. So 11 prescriptions left?
