People with history degrees generally don't call themselves historians unless they've been published, and Youtube videos don't count.

A small city plus a few villages thinking they are a state because they have a flag and an anthem is as pathetic as a man thinking he's a woman because he wears a skirt and a wig. This is all you will ever need to know about the Baltic "states". When you look at something like "Estonia", with 1 million population, even its flag looks like one of these LGBT flags:

The only exception is Lithuania, mostly because they were an independent state in the past and actually have a distinct majority culture of Lithuanians.

At its peak, Grand Duchy of Lithuania ruled half of modern day Ukraine, entirety of modern-day Belarus and parts of modern-day Poland.

Bonus fact: Lithuanian and Latvian are in some kind of "Baltic" sub-group of Indo-European (alongside extinct Old Prussian) while Estonian is in the same close family with Finnish and Karelian (confusingly named "Baltic Finnish Languages") that is part of Uralic languages.

I think they're called that as those languages (Finnish, Estonian, Karelian, Livonian, Veps) are the Finnic languages closest to the Baltic Sea, while the other Finnic languages are in Lapland or the Russian Steppe and Urals.

In his revenge video he started name dropping other YouTubers including the Chieftain, who's an active armored officer, implying they had similar level of technical knowledge.

The Chieftain did a very polite response video, which unlike pigs didn't include any personal attacks. He said the engine debate was stupid and asked a very simple question, 'Is there a single part on the T 14 engines that is interchangeable with the 1940's era engine pig was going on about'. That question rendering an hour long sperg out completely pointless.

Also quite funny and cutting was Pig asking in the same comment where he attacked Chieftain for daring to discuss his video, if he wanted to help with researching that stupid fucking engine, and Chieftain replied with no because it would be a waste of his time.

He's such a cowardly little crybully, launching vicious attacks over the most autistic irrelevant shit and then whinging when he gets some shit flung back at him. All the anime avatars in his comments are of course full of sympathy for him.

Because the Soviet Union ethnically cleansed every non-"Lithuanian" group (after Hitler and local collaborators dealt with the Jews). Between Jews, Poles, Germans, and Russians, Lithuanians were barely a majority in today's Lithuania. They also made up 3% of Vilnius's population, which was mostly Jews and the rest Poles and Russians.

Lithuanians were invented in the 19th century. Nobody called them that before then since they identified by their tribal group. "Lithuanian" just meant a citizen of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, which even in the Middle Ages was a Russian country whose ruling family happened to be Lithuanian and the "Lithuanian" speaking parts were an absolute backwater compared to the Russian cities it ruled.

But don't let history get in the way of a good story, check the Lithuanian version of the Proto-Ukrainians where they wuz kangz who BTFO Ancient Egypt, Ancient Persia, and Ancient Rome and took over Alexander the Great's empire. No idea if they teach it in schools there like the Ukrainians teach the Proto-Ukrs.
