obviously anissa of all people isnt running six miles everyday but thats very possible for some people. real endurance athletes hit triple digits most weeks. a friend that ran in the olympic marathon trials sent me his program a few years ago and its bonkers. notably, real athletes (or hobbyists that arent retarded) dont just run a flat distance everyday, thats not how the ethos of any kind of training program works (endurance or otherwise), she clearly doesnt know what shes talking about if thats the lie she chose to brag about.
