Mr. X was kidnapped several times by UNC Medical Center, Duke University Hospital, Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Central Regional Hospital, and Adventist Healthcare Shady Grove Medical Center. During all of these kidnappings, X was tortured. These kidnappings involved the use of forged court documents (Involuntary Commitment affidavits) dating:
- February 26 – March 4, 2013
- January 14 – February 12, 2015
- February 2015 – March 2015
- December 2016 – February 2017
- January 18 – February 2019
- February – March 2019
In February 2013, Dr. Allen H. O'barr prescribed X medication, which on the medication bottle label, stated that taking the medication with a family history of heart disease could result in death. X has a family history of heart disease. When X brought up this fact to O'barr in Abigail Zeveloff's Office at Counseling and Psychological Services (audio-recorded), O'barr became assertive that X should go to the hospital. Note, this is 10 minutes after X finished telling his therapist Abigail Zeveloff that felt completely fine and safe.
O'barr and Zeveloff kidnapped X on February 26, 2013 by bringing him to the UNC Medical Center ER and illegally admitted him to the hospital check-in. Zeveloff and O’barr gave false testimony to Michael Siebenthaler, a nurse who posed as a physician in the triage ER. X was then illegally admitted to the Psychiatric ER after a nurse named Anthony made X change his clothes into a purple hospital gown.
After more than 7 hours of waiting in the Psychiatric ER, Dr. Elizabeth Cox entered and gave X an evaluation. X answered "No" to questions such as "Do you feel like harming yourself or others?". After they concluded the assessment, Dr. Cox left the Psychiatric ER to collude with Dr. Angela Strain - who had pre-planned the scenario for X to be admitted to the to the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit in the Neurosciences Hospital. Elizabeth Cox returned with only 2 options: A: be admitted indefinitely (Involuntary Commitment) or B: be admitted for a minimum of 3 days (Voluntary Commitment). X took the lesser of the two evils and signed the Voluntary Commitment form.
Later, under the service of Dr. Kenan Miles Penaskovic, X’s illegal Voluntary Commitment status was replaced with an illegal Involuntary Commitment with fake and forged court documents. Penaskovic committed Health-Care Fraud and was caught on camera making a chemical/biological weapon that was used to murder a newborn African American baby girl on March 4, 2013. This infanticide was carried out by a nurse who used Penaskovic's poison. Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump briefly brought up the infanticide during one of the 2016 Presidential Debates.
In order to coverup Penaskovic's infanticide, UNC sponsored terrorists planned the Boston Bombing on April 15, 2013. This did much to distract law enforcement and media attention away from the March 4 infanticide.
How did X purchase numerous firearms by passing FBI, ATF, and Cumberland County Sheriff's Office Background Check after he was supposedly Involuntary Committed in 2013? X currently does not possess any firearms because they were donated to the Fayetteville Police Department.
On New Year's Eve of 2014/2015, officer Ramone Hernandez of the Fayetteville Police Department received orders from the police chief to murder X after X tried to report a lost firearm to the Fayetteville Police Department. X went on a wild goose chase in Hernandez's car (with another police car investigating Hernandez at the same time), trying to find the lost gun – but to no avail. On the police report Ramone filled out, he made up a false police report number.
When X went to report the 2013 hospital incident to the Orange County Sheriff's Office (106 E Margaret Lane, Hillsborough, NC 27278 ) on January 14, 2015, X was kidnapped again using another illegal Involuntary Commitment affidavit. X was taken by Deputy Huffman in his vehicle from the Sheriff's Office to the UNC Medical Center ER. X wasn't admitted to the Inpatient until 4 days spending time in three different emergency rooms. He was tortured for another month and was released on 02-12-2015, which was just 2 days after the murders of Deah Barakat, Yusor al-Salha, and Razan al-Salha on 02-10-2015 in Chapel Hill, NC. This triple homicide was just 3 days after coach Dean E. Smith died on 02-07-2015 due to his poisoning while a patient at the UNC Medical Center Department of Psychiatry. Dean Smith's autopsy was redacted by Dr. Deborah L. Radisch (NC Medical Examiner's Office) after the staff found the poison that killed Smith.
Sometime in the 5 day period between Dean Smith's death and X’s discharge, X was served a subpoena to show up to a court hearing where there were false allegations the Orange County Sheriff's Office used describing a fake narrative where they said X stated to the deputies that he wanted to kill people in a mass shooting and began a bogus terrorism investigation because of these reasons (please note: X still has the true audio recording of the actual events at the Orange County Sheriff's Office on 01-14-2015).
After 2015, the level of violence and mass-shootings increased throughout the United States. There began to be many non-coincidental shootings at churches, for example.
On July 17, 2016, X first reported the UNC Medical Center Scandal to the FBI by calling their telephone hotline while X was in Washington, DC. After this initial contact, X called the FBI many more times to report criminal activity (see Important Files page).
X allegedly called in a bomb threat (sometime around the evening of July 19, 2016) to Dulles International Airport – identifying Kenan Penaskovic as the culprit. The next day, Fayetteville Police Department officers showed up at X’s hotel in Fayetteville, NC. The police took X to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, where he was Involuntary Committed. X was immediately transferred to Cherry Hospital in Goldsboro, NC – where he was held for a period of 1 month. While at Cherry, UNC terrorists tried to murder X by poisoning him. During and after Cherry Hospital, the US Department of Justice and FBI agent Bradley Mavis became involved due to the serious nature of the alleged bomb threat.
UNC planned the Hillsborough North Carolina GOP headquarters Bombing – on October 17, 2016 – the same night X was sending out emails to UNC School of Dentistry faculty/staff regarding the true motives behind the deaths of former UNC School of Dentistry student Deah Barakat, his wife Yusor Al-Salha, and her sister Razan al-Salha. Vice President Mike Pence visited the GOP headquarters after the bombing and stated that the bombing was an act of “Political Terrorism”.
In 2016, a 99 year old woman named S. Unisa Omer was poisoned while she was a patient at the Cape Fear Valley Medical Center located on Owen Drive in Fayetteville, NC. Omer died in December 2016. Please note that UNC sponsored terrorists poisoned the grandmother of a US Department of State Diplomat, as well as the mother-in-law of a retired US Army Captain and Chaplain.
UNC sponsored terrorists planned the Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas Massacre, which led to the death of 78 people on October 01, 2017. This was directly after X sent an enormous number of tweets and emails out regarding the scandal to academia all around the world. To be brief, the Mandalay Bay Shooting was just a tool to cover law enforcement and media attention away from the truth.
UNC terrorists forged an illegal Involuntary Commitment affidavit in order to kidnap and murder X from Aamir Husain’s house (in Alta Springs of Durham) in December 2016. X was almost shot by the police who could not discern between X and Aamir because the look very similar, as well as the fact that the two were standing next to each other as the police drew their weapons. Eventually, X was placed in handcuffs and then kidnapped and brought to Duke University Hospital (psychiatric ER). He was held there for 28 days (during which time terrorists tried to poison X), and then transferred to Central Regional Hospital, where he was held against his will for 1 month.
X filed a pro se civil lawsuit against many culprits who work at UNC Medical Center. Just one day after the filing, UNC terrorists forged an illegal Involuntary Commitment affidavit in order to kidnap X from his home at 817 Murray Hill Road, in Fayetteville, NC 28314 and bring him to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center located on Owen Drive, in Fayetteville, NC. At the hospital, the kitchen employees tried to poison X’s food. X was held in the behavioral inpatient unit for about 1.5 weeks – rendering him incapable for following up with the lawsuit in time.
X saved Congressman Steve Scalise's life while Scalise was being treated at the Medstar Washington Hospital (Washington, DC) after being shot by a UNC sponsored terrorist at a baseball field in Virginia. The Medstar staff tried to chemically/biologically poison Scalise. However, X called both the FBI and the hospital to warn of the lethal threat - which saved Scalise. The FBI called X and said he would be given an award for his heroism. X has yet to receive his reward for saving a US Congressman's life.
On October 26, 2018 UNC sponsored terrorists planned the Tree of Life Synagogue Massacre on October 26, 2018, which killed 11 Jews on the holy day of Shabbat in Pittsburgh, PA. Anti-Semitism in this country and around the world should be banned.
In order to coverup the Tree of Life Synagogue Massacre, there were numerous mass-shootings across Southern and Central California in November 2018. Many of these shootings were near Los Angeles. The California shootings were conducted so as to divert law enforcement attention away from the Tree of Life Synagogue Shooting secrets.
On January 18, 2019, X lived in Rockville, Maryland. He was minding his own business when suddenly officer Rand kicked down X’s bedroom door (without a warrant), forcing X into the living room – where a second officer placed X in handcuffs. Rand then went on to grab X’s genitalia – with X immediately screaming “sexual harassment!”. Rand and the other Caucasian female officer of the Montgomery County Police Department were directly involved in the sexual assault, assault, and attempted murder of Mr. X in the series of events that followed as Rand tried to suffocate X on the floor with Rand’s knee choking X. Please note, X’s mother (Mamtaz) was an eyewitness to this series of events.
When a third-party (and total 3rd police officer who was on the premises) walked in on the attempted murder of X, officer Rand stopped what he was doing and physically got off of X. X was illegally detained, by the first two officers, being casually questioned by the 3rd police officer. X repeatedly brought of the issue of the sexual assault and attempted murder officer Rand displayed in front of 3rd officer. The lack of a warrant and the fact that he would be contacting a lawyer was also mentioned to all 3 police officers.
As a result, X was kidnapped again and driven by the 3rd police officer to the Shady Grove Medical Center, where they entered the triage. Officer Rand printed off a petition to be seen by emergency services and filled it out with incorrect and missing information. (Note: this document is legally supposed to be completed before someone is brought to the ER). Officer Rand said that the petition document he was filling out was a secret document and if anyone found out about it that he "would be losing his Secret Clearance". X was placed in the Psychiatry ER, where a Dr. Vetere and student assessed X, who said "No" to whether he wanted to hurt himself or others. Soon, a group of police officers witnessed Dr. Vetere threatening X with forced medications in an effort to drug him and eventually murder X. While at the Shady Grove ER the police and staff witnesses included a nurse named Emma and a nurse named John. Emma and John completely tried to coverup the fact that X was going to be drugged and that he was pre-planned to be (illegally) Involuntary Committed at Adventist Behavioral Healthcare (next door). One of the doctors who signed off saying he evaluated X actually never saw him in real life. X was admitted to Adventist Behavioral Healthcare without a psychiatric consult. Dr. Gill, Dr. Vetere, and Dr. Feeley committed health-care fraud in X’s medical records. All three of these individuals are also anti-Semitic in nature.
One night X called in a bomb threat to the FBI using a landline in the inpatient Adventist Behavioral Healthcare. Later, FBI agent Bradley Mavis called X’s state-appointed attorney, Dora Jacobs. Jacobs and her team highly questioned the legality of Officer Rand's actions and subpoenaed the Montgomery County Police Department for body-camera footage, police reports, and other files and documents. Later during the court hearing for his Involuntary Commitment, an Adventist social worker received several of X’s illegally hacked emails ([email redacted]) and other files - which contained information about the UNC Medical Center Scandal. FBI agent Mavis colluded with Dr. Gill as well as the mediator/arbitrator during the court hearing to have X admitted for a time of 6 months at Adventist and then transferred to a state institution where he would be held indefinitely. Mavis’ plan was to have X drugged and killed sometime during his lengthy hospital stay. This never ended up happening, thanks to a man named Dr. Sumeet Singh; X complained with Patient Relations about Dr. Gill's anti-Semitism and health-care fraud, so he was given another Psychiatrist: Dr. Singh. After an additional 2 weeks, X was discharged from Adventist after a total of 1 month of being kidnapped, tortured, drugged, and almost killed.
A while later, near March 2019, X wanted to see his friend in Jackson, Mississippi from Durham, North Carolina. X accidentally put Jackson, Missouri in his GPS for about 4 hours before he had to make a complete U-turn and drove for another 2 hours until he pulled over to the side of the road to take a break from driving. Soon, a group of 3 police officers pulled up in their vehicles behind X’s car. The 3 officers and X had a frank discussion about the universe and Eminem's new album. All of a sudden however, X was kidnapped using an illegal (forged) Involuntary Commitment affidavit and brought to the UNC Medical Center for a 3rd time. X was held in False Imprisonment while he was tortured. One example of the torture is the fact that the patient, X, was not allowed to use the bathroom (neither defecate nor urinate). Instead, Dr. Ronit J. Dedesma ordered the nurses to torture him, so they only gave X the option of defecating and urinating in a jug - all in front of video security cameras, as well as in plain sight in front of other patients and hospital staff the Emergency Room in Chapel Hill. None of X’s medications were administered properly and he was bloodily injured after he tried to run away.
X was never evaluated by a psychiatrist after 3 long days of illegal captivity and torture in the psychiatric ER. X was illegally transferred to Central Regional Hospital without receiving a court date for the illegal Involuntary Commitment at UNC Medical Center. While a patient in Central Regional, there were numerous assassination attempts against X using chemical/biological weapons. X's psychiatrist and social worker cooperated in attempting to hold him in the hospital for as long as possible (the psychiatrist and the social worker were attempting to have X detained in the hospital for a period of 6 months) and eventually killed after moving him into another unit away from unit A2. The social worker's name was Lindsay, and she made up lies about non-existent calls between Lindsay and X’s mother Mamtaz. X complained several times to both Patient Relations and the hospital administration. Lindsay committed health-care fraud, obstruction of justice, and should also be charged with Conspiracy to Commit Murder. The psychiatrist is guilty of supporting and covering up all of Lindsay's illegal activities and deserves the same punishment. After X complained about Lindsay long enough, the psychiatrist finally came around and agreed to discharge X after his halidol deconoate injection.
FBI agents Bradley Mavis and Jason Sondergaard, escorted by Durham police officers, entered X’s house in Durham, NC, when X was not there. The FBI illegally (without a warrant) interrogated his mother Mamtaz about a gun/firearm. This was blatantly based on the fact that the FBI made up a lie saying that X posted on the FBI’s Facebook page allegedly stating that he had a gun (not true). The FBI and police harassed Mamtaz and made her feel extremely uncomfortable and scared. They used verbal abuse, harassment, libel, slander, hearsay, obstruction of justice, and other horrendous crimes. They were even thinking of shooting Mamtaz X because the FBI is in the business of killing innocent Muslims. When X found out about the illegal FBI interrogation some days later, he called the Durham Police Department, who told X that the police had no real record of the FBI even coming to his house (even though the 2 FBI agents, Mavis and Sondergaard, were in the presence of Durham police officers when they all showed up at X’s residence). Instead, a police officer tried to coverup the interrogation by not filing a proper police report and lying about the incident on the incident/operations report filed with the Durham County Police Department.
Both Bradley Mavis and Jason Sondergaard have a history of making harassing phone calls to X’s father, Mohammad. Every time X does something to complain about his kidnappings, either Mavis or Sondergaard would notify X’s father, in the hopes that his father will punish X and keep him from making anti-UNC posts online. These harassing phone-calls went on for years. Mohammad eventually filed a complaint against Mavis’ harassing phone-calls. Mohammad tried to follow up with Sondergaard about the illegal interrogation of Mamtaz and investigation into the non-existent firearm in November 2019, however Sondergaard had no reply.
The Hartzog, Sumner, and Cranfill law firm has an attorney who has an uncle named “Geoff”. Geoff who colluded with X’s paralegal Valerie Crutchfield (919) 349-4407 | 201 Park at North Hills St # 552, Raleigh, NC 27609) so that Crutchfield would not enter evidence and other critical documents into X’s 18 CVS 48 civil suit against Penaskovic and Angela K. Strain. The judge (Carl Fox) took bribes from the defendant’s law firm. The lawsuit was doomed from the start.
On January 03, 2019, X filed pro se civil suit 19 CV 9 in Orange County Clerk of Superior Court – which was never served to the defendants by the Orange County Sheriff’ Office. Also on January 03, 2019 Hartzog, Sumner, and Cranfill filed a hidden and illegal court hearing scheduled for January 7, 2019 – which X was never made aware of – in order to dismiss the appeal for 18 CVS 48. They never served the documents to notify X of the court date. X was in Maryland at the time of the illegal court hearing. The Honorable Carl Fox presided over this hearing.
The UNC Medical Center hospital police and Patient Relations have taken (taxpayer funded) bribes so that every time X calls to report his kidnappings, and torture, hospital staff (notably Patient Relations) give X the run around and route the call the hospital police. Once the hospital police start talking to X, they say there is nothing for them to do about the situation. They say this without hesitation because they took bribes to do so. Please note: the UNC Medical Center police have yet to this day to file a single police report after 7 years of X trying to contact the police to report criminal activity.
In order to coverup the UNC Medical Center Scandal, former UNC Chancellor Carol Folt bribed FBI agents using taxpayer funded monies (including NIH grant funds). She was fired by the UNC Board of Governors. She currently is holding the job as President of the University of Southern California. Folt is currently under investigation by the US Department of Education.
X was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) as a direct result of his experiences at the hospital. The sheer amount of trauma, abuse, and neglect X suffered is almost unimaginable. X still has nightmares about the kidnappings and has gone through tremendous emotional scarring as a result of his torture.
Currently X is looking for an attorney.
