Community notes continues to be the best thing to happen to social media. Even though it can be manipulated, it's better than nothing at all. Rather than hiding notes with negative ratings, I'd like them to add a status that says it's had X% of negative and Y% of positive ratings. It wouldn't hurt if Japan taught about the atrocities of the Imperial Japanese Army in schools and that the government genuinely acknowledged the horrors caused by them. It can't change the past but I think Southeast Asia, China, and Korea would really appreciate it. There have been attempts via anime and even industrial companies to educate the readers (i.e. Doraemon celebrating Japan's surrender and Mitsubishi compensating for creating weapons/vehicles during WWII). But it seems to fall on deaf ears.
