The last he ever said on it was that he never got one and it wasn't even an option on the table given everything else going on.
I think he's one of the few people who legitimately could have been killed by it and is reclusive enough he'd be unlikely to be exposed to it anyway. He was obsessive enough on the subject for literally months I'm pretty sure he said he didn't get the vax not just once but many times.

If he did ultimately get it it was probably something like the J&J one-time adenovirus based vax, which is pretty much a generic viral vector vaccine. But I don't think he ever did and I am pretty sure he never said he did.

I remember that, crazy thing is that he was going on about it while it was still a small outbreak in China. Guy called that shit show from a mile away.
Somehow he was simultaneously right about it being a shitshow and wrong saying it wasn't a nothing burger.

Not a fair assessment; in those days, people that months later would moan about the nothingburger were buying piles of food, N95s and toilet paper.
Also, the pandemic was far from a nothingburger, but people that did not see a hospital from the inside in March/April forgot all that and simply guide themselves from post Summer of Love period, vaccine mandates etc.

Maybe I'm just thinking about the very low fatality rate and thinking that was proof enough that a lockdown was unnecessary. Maybe I'm wrong, though.

Not wrong just not enough info. As I said you're thinking it in terms of resulting social panic.
There was very little data at the start. We had very limited testing capacity. We had no quick antigen tests, just RT-PCR. What that means is that the IFR was greatly exaggerated, because only few people were tested. We had suspicions that there were a LOT more infected, but no idea how to correctly estimate it, as we did not yet start large scale antibody testing on entire cities.
Lockdowns were at start the natural way to deal with the unknown. That did not last long, specifically all legitimacy expired in May with georgie's death and racism allegedly being the real pandemic. So barely a few months of mostly medical/scientific efforts, after that, mostly control and propaganda

suffering from a mysterious autoimmune disorder is significant
Did he ever share which deadly autoimmune disease it was? MS maybe?

Only autoimmune diseases I see are Hashimotos and inflammatory arthritis, which are both highly treatable conditions. I'm sure he can afford one of the many biologics for inflammatory arthritis that they have nowadays. Or he could go on old school drugs like methotrexate. Hashimoto's is treated with a common and cheap medication called Synthroid. He's such a drama queen,
No wonder he has osteoporosis when overusing corticosteroids like that. There are better drugs that control immune conditions long-term. Steroids are only supposed to be for flare-ups. The osteoporosis and hypertension is probably being worsened by his sedentary lifestyle.

If only he'd gone to you for his diagnosis, this shit would have been nipped in the bud by now.

So do we want Jim to die or are we convinced he is faking it?
We want Jim to survive, and we want it done through a divine intervention, on camera, with all his enemies forced inside a room covered in large screens showing how Buddha is removing all disease from Jimmeh and making him into a swastika wearing Hindu saint of destruction and rebirth

TIL mysterious means deadly.
He's said before that he's more likely to die from his autoimmune diseases than his cancer. Implying that he is suffering from potentially fatal autoimmune disease and that is what people have been repeating:
If it is just the cancer, that's good but not that he's cured. Jim said the cancer was mild, and easily treatable. The autoimmune was what was killing Jim
this autoimmune issue that totally has been fucking his organs
I don't think Jim is eligible for hospice care for Hashimoto's, arthritis and indolent (very slow growing) lymphoma like people in this thread have been saying. You need to have 6 months or less to live to qualify and must stop all life sustaining treatments such as: dialysis, non-pain relief medications, chemo and other cancer therapies, surgeries (no heart stents) etc.
The only things I can see killing him is the steroid overuse osteoporosis, which can occasionally kill you like that one munchie chick whose spine collapsed. Or the heart damage from the heart attack but it sounds like he was very lucky and it was caught before catastrophic damage occurred.
What happened to the TB he claimed to have? I don't see it in his medical record.
