The only thing that's not like Chance is the location, in Spartanburg, Georgia. But it would be odd to just have an account like this. I initially only had the comments on the Cyraxx videos, but found the other two from just searching the username. It only pings on xhamster, and it's a very Chance-move to make one account per name.

If Marty is indeed on that witness list and that's why he's saying he's going to be at the court date, this isn't a video of Chance antagonizing people. This is a video of Chance attempting to intimidate a witness.

He does lie, and he really isn't that credible, but Chance's attorney is going to have to dig through Chance calling Marty a fat, pedo supporting, blackmailing, piece of shit that murdered 3 women and tried to kidnap another one and has been human trafficking Chance for 7 years.

These attorneys aren't like us. All they know is what people are going to tell them about people and when Chance's attorney needs to question Marty about his credibility, he might be at a loss.

so in this hypothetical situation, when the attorney asks marty questions, knowing his past, he will lie and therefore be a witness that can't be trusted to give truthful testimony. also, marty seems
smart enough to not perjure himself.

while i see your point on the first few paragraphs, what i have issue with is any decent attorney should do a modicum of research into who marty is. raxx's attorney should understand that he isn't dealing with a full deck and take what he says with a grain of salt.

Chance has a public defender. He's trying to get Chance a good deal for an assault that was caught on 3 different cameras while juggling at least half a dozen other cases that need to be seen that day. He doesn't have time to jump down a "who is Music Biz Marty" rabbit hole.
