Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

I re-read her message, parasites were in fact there for a long time, unnoticed despite several blood and tissue tests and she has taken lotta antibiotics for that. So, no Kafka-esque scenario, but not a single lil’ maggot either.
To clarify, a parasite isn’t necessarily a worm or insect, though that’s a common misconception. Any organism that acquires nutrients at the expense of another living organism is technically parasitic. Many unicellular eukaryotes are parasites, including the plasmodium that cause Malaria. All viruses are obligate intracellular parasites (obligate=they can’t live without hosts). So are many bacteria, including chlamydia and gonorrhea. Parasitized pooner’s doctor could just be using that term as a placeholder for “mysterious organism that’s hurting you”.

@batteredpancake’s excellent post is so replete with A-grade retardation that it’s hard to know where to start, but perhaps here

With medical tattooing and enough healing time, you won't be able to tell the difference between a phallo penis and a cis penis.

A comment that can only have been made by someone who’s never been within ten feet of an exposed penis.

Personally I see my gender as being roughly 70% man and 30% non-binary

What, no space for the fursona? Bad doggy!

The reason we're going on about maggots and flies is because she specifally said "It’s kind of fly larvae germ/parasite"

Granted I agree with you it's probably a microscopic parasite. She's an ESL speaker who likely has misunderstood the word parasite but idk.
Personally i'm thinking it's a type of fluke, probably a blood fluke. They infect via water and are associated with the urogential area and last for years.
The classic sign of urogenital schistosomiasis is haematuria (blood in urine). Kidney damage and fibrosis of the bladder and ureter are sometimes diagnosed in advanced cases. Bladder cancer is another possible complication in the later stages. In women, urogenital schistosomiasis may present with genital lesions, vaginal bleeding, pain during sexual intercourse and nodules in the vulva. In men, urogenital schistosomiasis can induce pathology of the seminal vesicles, prostate and other organs. This disease may also have other long-term irreversible consequences, including infertility.
Reminder that she has severe kidney damage because of all this.

My original post on her back in March last year

I'm quite enjoying looking at her stupid art so here's some to look at yourself
Why didn't she get a rot-tail instead? I bet there'd be fewer complications than a rotdog.

The Schistosoma species that causes urogenital infestation live only in the Middle-East and Africa, principally Egypt (and strangely in Corsica)

Schistosomiasis transmission has been reported from 78 countries. link
It's implied that her parasite is very abnormal for Germany which is why it took so long for a diagnosis. We have no idea where she's been traveling to either.

A european going for a holiday to a french island and dipping her rotdog into the water isn't too unrealistic. I bet most 1st world people don't contract them due to being in good health. She's a medical mess.

And we have another TiF who's had surgery at 15. u/Frothy_shark or Leo. She is deaf and I've spoken about her before
I've found another 15 year old scheduled for top surgery in August. This one's extra sad as she's clearly regretting everything she done so far but she seems to be in denial and there's no way she's gonna stop.
u/Frothy_shark
She's deaf (with hearing parents) and autistic, got puberty blockers and anti-psychotics at 11 and T at 14. Lives in Utah and seems to be on prozac. Changed her name/gender legally in 2020.
She's posted an AMA

There’s not much representation from trans teens on here with a positive teen experience, so I thought I’d mix it up.

I live in the USA, in a less than supportive state.

Most people here are older than me but I’d like to share some of my experiences to those who are interested.
First comments are telling her to take opiates despite her only taking ibuprofen
Screenshot 2023-08-11 173832.png
15yo :
I’m in a lot of pain, which definitely surprised me. With keyhole being less intense I wasn’t expecting this, however I’ve only been taking ibuprofen because I’m stubborn and am really trying to avoid oxy.

I was very nervous, but I’ve already taken a peek through the binder and I have no doubt that this was worth it. It’s not my first surgery, in fact I had two operations in 2022 alone, so surgery isn’t a fear of mine, in fact it’s quite chill. The nurses are usually so incredibly nice and understanding and they were lovely yesterday! It’s scary but I felt so well taken care of.

ADULT: Don't feel bad about using opiates as pain management, I understand the hesitation, but they are amazing medications if used right.

Coming from someone who gives them to patients daily:)

ADULT: This. Unless you have a personal medical reason to avoid opiates completely, take them. They wouldn’t be prescribed if the doctors didn’t think it was better for you to have them than to not.

ADULT: That's great, I'm so glad it went well! But you know... They do say that pain delays the body's healing process. I can totally see the hesitation to use oxy, but they provided them to you for a reason! Your body's been through some pretty significant trauma! Now's the time to treat yourself with the utmost care, and if there's a more efficient way to ease the pain, do it!
Apparently prozac and oxy are not to be mixed together so I hope she's off the prozac.

Re @batteredpancakes furry phalloplasty.
That gross last drawing is exactly the horror self image Id imagine from someone who is just getting her cervix removed but leaving the vaginas and uterus and ovaries in? Like fucking just taking the front door off your house and being surprised when you get burgled (or your insides topple out)

Related, I hate how the use a doppler to measure the pulse on their 'dogs. Something about the fact its used for babies horrifies me.

How the fuck would that even work?
That doesn't even make sense.
Seriously what the fuck is the matter with these people, they need in patient psychiatric care not an appointment for a consultation with Ilsa, Fraulein SS.

I am getting vaginal preserving phalloplasty in August and I'm deciding to keep both of my ovaries, but remove my cervix (the thing that separates the uterus from the vagina) along with my fallopian tubes (what connects the uterus to the ovaries). I don't want to be able to get pregnant and I also don't ever want my period again, but I also wanted to have the option to stop T if I wanted without supplemental hormones.
We pick on pooners a lot for thinking they can "plug and play" with their bodies but the doctors are clearly the ones encouraging them to believe this is the case. WTF is this bizarre list of procedures? It's like a tiktok Starbucks order, or a Taco Bell combo box.

-Keep ovaries (but disable them with megadoses of T)
-Keep vagina (but cause atrophy with T)
-Keep uterus (ditto)
-Remove tubes
-Remove cervix

So it's possible for her to accidentally get pregnant, but the cervical removal means she will lose the pregnancy early on. Also the cervix isn't just a door, it has glands that produce mucus that plays a role both in fertility and sexual function.

The surgery to remove the cervix is usually only done in serious cancer cases, they remove part of the vagina too and stitch the uterus to what's left. There's no way that this doesn't impact sexual functioning and cause chronic pain in a very uncomfortable place. Why any doctor would offer it to a healthy young woman even a troon is- well, you know the drill.

I just don’t get this. If she has a period in the future what will happen? Why remove the cervix? Is there now any outlet from the uterus? Won’t stuff build up and cause problems? I’m confused

Since trans is totally not a social contagion and it has just naturally been filling social media i thought I’d dive into the abyss and see just what the appeal is.
Ended up here after seeing a snippet of horror pictures, and I love a bit of medsperging and medical gore because I’m a totally normal brained human. Figured page 990 would be a decent enough read to satisfy curiosity but I was wrong, each page I read is horrific and I keep going back (down to page 981 so far).

This is the future they aspire to have? Of pain and misery and literal fucking self mutilation? Even the self proclaimed success stories are lies. What a delusion.
Totally fucking life saving and necessary, super hero surgeons who are helping them life their true and honest lives wow, and sooo much more helpful than therapy. Really makes me jealous of these warriors lmao.

On a serious note for when I actually reach the page the reply ends up on, do these willing Guinea pigs have any hope for some sort of repair in the future? Or are they stuck being a sexless blob once all the tissue down these eventually dies? Either way things look bleak

lol, lmao even. I have yet to see someone who had a shitty knee surgery to write a wall of text about their complications and end with "no regrets! I would do it again!" and receive praise for their fucked up knee.
No, your "healthcare" doesn't work. It cripples, causes disfiguration and makes mental issues even worse. Even if a troon doesn't get a SRS, the HRT alone causes issues that made me shiver. But oh so life saving, isn't it?

Would it make you feel better to know how much Dopplers are used to assess pedal pulses in vasculopaths?

If you're visiting someone in the hospital and there's a little marker "x" on the top of their foot, the previous clinician was being a bro and marking down where their dorsalis pulse lives.

The nurses on the surgical floor are wiping off the diabetic feet Doppler with Sani-Cloths before and after the rotdog checks, not borrowing equipment from Mother-Baby.

Yes it can. There are posts here about 1 or more pooners complaining that their rotdog got fatter/thinner because they gained/lost weight. Can't remember exactly but it was 1000% posted here.
Some of them also have to do "degirthing" surgeries but I'm not sure if that's from gaining weight or the flap being too big to begin with

I have a theythem pooner acquaintance who had the tube removal, called a salpingectomy and is also on T. Her reasoning was the exact same as that furry - she might not want to be on T forever so she wants to keep the ovaries, and she doesn't "have dysphoria" over having a uterus or vag but is scared of getting pregnant so she wanted it as a sterilization procedure. didn't mention anything about the cervix though.

Here's a huge swollen rot pocket on a black troon I found on r/Transgender_surgeries:

The real gold is in the comments. The OP chose not to label it NSFW and was (politely) reminded of the necessity of this by a fellow troonsister, but of course he couldn't just acknowledge that he'd (unwittingly) broken the community rules:

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't Testosterone significantly increase the risk of Ovarian cancer, which is why many pooners choose to have them removed even if they're effectively non-functioning due to the supressive effect Testosterone has on them.

This is why I think some troons are telling the truth about being able to have PIV intercourse, look at that thing, you could fit a christmas ham in it.
