Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

He's the Danny DeVito to his sniper action hero cousin Jake Raven's Arnold if we're using the Twins analogy.
That’s unfair.

The Danny DeVito character was the way he was because due to being unexpected, he was ditched in an orphanage and had to raise himself, with no parents, moral guidance or love.

He became an arguably better person once Arnold gave him the loyalty and love of a family member he craved for.

Patrick grew up with a family, screwed as it is, but due to being a terrible unlovable person not even affection from everybody’s favorite Austrian could fill his empty heart.

Can anyone post a local copy?
Credit to whatever pest originally uploaded it to Vocaroo.
Local Archive of Pretend Podcast on the Pests - Part 4, split into two because it wouldn't upload in one, even as an .ogg.

I'm going to go against the popular vote here and speculate that it will likely go like the Nadolski hearing, he will get admonished, and shut the hell up when faced with someone with actual authority. He likes to be a "tough guy" when there are no consequences, but he is too much of a pussy to follow through when it can actually get him in immediate trouble. Remember the photo of Pringle Can John man-handling his wife, he was too much of a pussy to do anything then, and his testosterone levels have only dropped into the negatives since then.

It’s pretty funny that he’s salivating at the chance to go after sites with his dox given the larger, horrifying picture of his life because of his previous cascading legal failures.

Also, as much as I dislike Fatrick, I still cringe in embarrassment for him that he lowers himself to interacting with Sinseer. Even Pat’s above that.

Edit: lol I’m retarded. Definitely Donkey Kong.

21:00 is when the guy first asks Pat about why he doesn't want to pay the judgement. Pat claims he was not "properly informed" of his right to appeal and that's why they didn't. He refers to the judgement as a "ransom" and Quasi as "terrorists who are trying to kill us." He also says his "legal strategy" is "evolving" re: the case.

Pat and Niki both claim they did not know that losing and being forced to pay costs was even a possibility, which really underscores how supremely overconfident Rick is.

When asked about the August 24th hearing, "We expect we're going to tell our side of the story, which is the only side of the story by the way. That's it." - Rick

If he starts tard babbling and trying to challenge the validity of the judgment, the judge is basically just going to point out here's the judgment from a California court of competent jurisdiction, you waived your appeal, pay up fatty

This is the crux of the Aug 24th hearing for me. If he goes in there and starts pleading to the judge about the case which was already ruled on and finished, the judge will immediately cut him off. That case is done. OVER.

The judge has no standing to hear any of Fatrick‘s crybaby stories about being swatted and “terrorized” by the stlakers. The point of the trial is clearly and precisely ‘Is Fatrick in comtempt for refusing to obey a court order?’

Continual pleas to the judge about his woes in life are just going to annoy the judge and could land him in hot water right away.

This judge has no standing to re-examine the original case and verdict. The judge doesn’t give a shit about any of that. That’s ancient history.

So my advise to Fatrick would be, by all means start childing the judge that the original verdict was incorrect or unfair. He’ll love that!

Isn't there a tweet of his floating around were he admits The Farms is not his problem?

That's like driving a car and not knowing that you could crash it, or use the brakes.
Wrong, child. Patrick drives cars without brakes, because safe isn't his speed. And because his fat foot broke the brake pedal long ago.

It's not just Kiwi Farms that has published your dox, Patrick. It's also the White Pages, PACER, and the Milwaukee courts. You gonna sue them too?

Gaze into your preferred scrying device for a look at a future in which Fatrick experiences deja vu:
When a judgment is entered in favor of an individual
alleged to have committed the offense of doxing, the court may
award reasonable costs and attorney's fees to the defendant
for defending any claim that the court finds was brought by the
plaintiff and that the court finds was frivolous, baseless, or
brought in bad faith.

Ars Technica said:
Illinois' law was motivated by a doxxing attack on a business that subsequently shut down. The UpRising Bakery and Café was doxxed last year after it planned an all-ages drag brunch, which triggered threats of violence against the bakery's owner, Corrina Sac, and vandalism of the establishment.
How the fuck do you dox a bakery? Or rather, how does an un-doxed bakery stay in business?

They don’t seem to understand that even if you have a case you still have to provide evidence and of course for it to be a case in the first place it has to be within the law.
And that's when you do have a case. Pat's was literally they called me fat and said they thought my books were shitty oh and some random person maybe threw a slice of bologna at my door.

Patrick does have evidence though: that video of a piggish, portly fellow waddling around his yard at night. Surely, that had to be one of the Rascals, right?

Yet again, he’s attempting to shift blame to anyone and everyone but himself for his own buffoonery.
Have to blame somebody or else it's all my fault. Fuck that, stalker-child!

In all seriousness, I don't actually think he's going to go to jail. I think the judge will make it clear that playtime is over and he'll buckle and do what the judge tells him. He may be ODD and NPD to the point of insanity, but the real threat of a cell will sober up even the most delusional. Even if he sticks to his guns, he'll just be put in the contempt of court timeout cell for all of a day before he cracks and gives in.

Also legal Kiwis, help me out. Pat's wife went in his stead for one of the debt-related events, can she go in his stead in this case as well? If so, I very much doubt the little bitch will go. Either way, here's hoping he shows up hammered. :drink:

Not sure about that, remember watching a story about a small time city official with NPD who use to be a civil case lawyer who killed a reporter and fired his very good attorney to represent himself because “as soon as I tell my truth the jury will set me free” even though the judge spent 30 minutes saying in no uncertain terms that he is being retarded and delusional if he thinks he is competent in criminal law.

Perhaps, but I would offer that there is a slight difference. That dude was facing the possibility of a conviction and convinced himself it wouldn't happen. In Pat's case the judge would be pointing his gavel and saying "either you do as I say or I will put you in a cell, right here, right now." I suppose Pat could call the bluff, but as soon as the baliff grabs him he'll start up the "NO, MOMMY, I'LL BE GOOD" shit.

I think he'll cave in and at least sullenly agree to pay it, but then will be seething so hard at his humiliation and drunk off his ass some time later and suddenly find his tiny, shriveled balls again and start mouthing off, and maybe the next time will be more serious.

That would be a Wisconsin-specific question but possibly. It's a community property state and the debt currently belongs to the community. Even if they get divorced, she's still on the hook for it as much as Pat, although depending on how they split up the estate, they could possibly agree to have one or the other be responsible for it, although assigning all of it to a deadbeat loser like Pat might not be acceptable to the creditor.

In any event, if that lien on his property is good, that runs with the property and must be satisfied if they sell it.

Agreed. If I were Niki, I would slip him benzos that morning. If he gives a full pantshitting tantrum, he’ll go to jail. If he keeps a modicum of cool, he’ll get a few more months to figure it out.

I'm glad we got part 4 if only for the fact that Pat seriously thinks he can still win a case that's been decided. You can hear him trying stuff out - if the judge won't listen to him about stalkers, then he'll switch to not being informed about appeals. As mentioned, the problem is that it's over. He has to pay and he will not be heard.

I really want to know why the Pretend podcast guy did this. It's a non-story (definitely not worth 4 episodes of content) and he only did the new episode after realizing that it looked bad to not even ask for a rebuttal. He seemed to have a decent show going so it's very odd.

Edit: Pat's gimmick Twitter tour continues. He's a fed now!
