I found 2 main sellers called miabellebaby.com and sosweetboutique.com, I found kitten heels on miabelle (for the dudes here, kitten heels are very short, about the height of a combat boot heel but the thin shape of a stiletto heel) I couldn't find the clunky hooker heels on either site. There mighta been more sites but I didn't see them on a cursory glance, it was mostly etsy, alibaba, temu and amazon. Amazon and etsy came up the most, though.
Those shoes would be under 1 of 2 catagories- strapped high heels or gogo heels. Strapped heels would be exclusively for pagents, little kids can get seriously hurt with shoes as tall as the ones Chris put his son in. I don't even think middle schoolers wear those types at weddings, they're incredibly dangerous. Like I've known adult women who broke their ankle in those dangerous.
