Godless commies are known for this shit. But only 5% of the entire Red Army was female. And more than half of those were involved as doctors, nurses, the other half as paper clippers.

The number of combat active personnel was negligible though commie agitprop did like to blow it out of proportion because it was part of their ideology. That doesn't mean that I disparage the deeds of the women who actually did serve in combat roles. But their overall contribution was tiny. Men did 99.9% of the killing.

Woman had a larger involvement in the partisans, but even there a so small number saw actual combat for it to be negligible.

The RA is the best example that when faced with a truly serious situation - defensive position in a war of annihilation - you can't afford to have women on the frontline.

A female teacher has sex with a male student, he's not losing nearly as much. You could grow up and tell people your lady teacher jerked you off as a 15 year old and nobody's going to think less of you for it, it won't hurt your prospects.

Would that maybe be a troubling experience? Sure, when you're a young man you're fed the line that you must be gay if you turn down sex so there's some level of social pressure there and later you might feel a little weird about it, but ultimately it doesn't matter as much when women do it.

One thing I tend to mildly take issue with in these discussions is when someone makes statements about the system overall being male-oriented while addressing the circumstances of an individual: a system can be (and usually is) male-rigged, but still stomp on a shitton of men in different, but nonetheless horrific ways, just as it does women.
