A 29-year-old woman was raped several times - sometimes with a 29 inch long broomstick - and tortured by an 18-year-old man in a sickening case that has sent shockwaves through France.
The victim, who remains anonymous, was grabbed by the neck and hit repeatedly in the face and across her body by attacker Oumar N. after he broke into her home in the northwestern city of Cherbourg on August 4, prosecutors say.

The horrified woman was thrown across the room and raped 'several times' by the attacker, who also used the broomstick to sexually assault and torture her, reports Le Figaro.
The victim was left naked and in a bloodied mess on the floor of her apartment before she managed to reach her telephone and call medics who rushed her to Pasteur Hospital in Cherbourg.
The 'barbaric' attack has left the 29-year-old victim with horrific injuries, including a perforated colon, small intestine and diaphragm as well as fractured ribs.

She is still in a coma and is fighting for her life ten days after medics operated on her extensive injuries for several hours.
'Investigators are shocked, they have never seen so much barbarity,' a source familiar with the matter told Le Figaro.
Within days of the 'atrocity', Oumar N. was arrested after cops matched fingerprints left on a door handle inside the victim's home to the 18-year-old and geolocated his phone to the house at the time of the attack.

While being questioned by police, sources say Oumar N showed 'no emotion and no empathy' for the victim and had initially denied the attack before being shown the fingerprint evidence.
'He has a dangerous profile, he showed absolutely no emotion and no empathy for the victim,' a source familiar with the case told Le Figaro. 'He showed coldness throughout police custody.'
Prosecutors said the sinister attacker, who was known to police for allegedly sexually assaulting his four-year-old sister, was indicted on Saturday for 'rape accompanied by torture or acts of barbarism'.

The victim told police officers that she had seen Oumar N. in Cherbourg before the attack but did not know him, Pierre-Yves Marot, the public prosecutor of Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, revealed.
The attack she endured and the resulting injuries, which includes the perforation of parts of her abdomen and small intestine, has shocked medics and locals in Cherbourg.

Doctors and nurses who treated the victim when she first came to the hospital were said to be so horrified by her injuries that some broke down and burst into tears. Psychological support is now being provided to the medics, reports France Bleu.

French politicians spoke of their outrage at the attack, with some on the far-right blaming an apparent rise of 'barbarism' in France for the rape.
Jordan Bardella, president of the National Rally, tweeted: 'Courage to the 29-year-old victim, umpteenth life shattered by the barbarism that is gaining France.'

French far-right politician Eric Zemmour, who ran to be president earlier this year, wrote on Twitter: 'I dream of a France where a young woman is not in danger of ending up in a coma after being robbed, raped and horribly tortured by Oumar the repeat offender in her own home.'

Though a study needs to be done on why has the death penalty just been phased almost completely by the 1970s and onwards in many parts of the West.

And now there are rich groups funding abolition of the death penalty outside the West like the recent case with Ghana.

There's a principle which is 'Cybernetic Systems do not scale'. What that means is that processes which rely in responding to feedback which work on the small scale fall apart when you try to apply them at the large scale. In this case, removing normal control over who belongs in a community from the local community itself to some anonymous and remote central national level. In olden days someone like this would have been picked up for what they were and run out of town a long time ago. But the sense of a community having the power to police itself is gone, now. It's all outsourced to forces that aren't part of the community.

So aberrations like this person just continue wandering around the community until they finally do something so awful that the remote feedback loop finally picks up on it and does something. Tell me people didn't know there was something deeply wrong with this guy!

This is France, a country with 80% covid vaccination rate, which means near 100% vaccinated whites. This is exactly the issue.
Once upon a time, beforethe advent of our surveillance society, this psychopath would have been dealt with by a bunch of local hard men with baseball bats. However, the issue is now so huge and systemic that the authorities can only crack down on the handfull of people that would do something about it, and criminalise those who talk about it, because that's simply the easiest option for them to maintain order and the illusion that they have control. They can jail and silence a handful of people easily enough, but if they arrested every Arab rapist in France they would have to build another 100 jails just to fill them with rapefugees and thus admit to scale of the problem. So they go with option 1.
 
Police aren’t going to do shit because if the sentence appears harsh, there will be another shitskin riot again. Plus it’s not like he did something truly vile like using mean words online on social media. It’ll be no worse than a few months in jail and a couple thousand Euro for restitution, which he won’t pay anyway.

Which is why you see a lot of those same hard mem so strongly irked by this. They and by extension the Community have been forced not to police itself. And of course it’s the hard men that are the only ones that point this out. Because the agreement was the person that don’t dare say anything tells the hard man and he and his boys do what need to be done. And in return they get treated well and with respect by everyone. You make it sound like the authorities have the will, but not the means, failing to realize that the authorities are right at this very moment gooning to the fact that a white woman was raped with a broom by a sandnigger.
