Gotta love Sam's broken mind. This is what he's screeching away on his shit-flinging blog (after endlessly including them in email chains after requesting that he stop). In reality the IPCC is kind of obligated to look into matters if it's complained about.

Most likely the Herts Police force "inaction" (i.e lack of evidence of an actual crime) has prompted him to complain along the Direction and Control aspect. This would lead to an investigation on whatever poor bastard was assigned his case.

They're going to laboriously check over everything he's submitted so far and then possibly come for a butchers here.

Problems for him:

There's evidence here of him using a web browser used by drugs, arms dealers and pedophiles.

We have his harassment campaign against Evthreads and a young woman documented, and the fact he has threatened her with a lawsuit for speaking the truth.

His history of harassing and calling anyone that disagrees with him a pedo is well documented here and the Herts force may be unaware of his own harassment campaigns and baseless accusations against innocent victims.

Or they are and it's why they've not acted.

EDIT: Sam also "approves" (writes) the comments and writes up a reply before posting them. So... there's the time discrepency. Basically he weeds out the 28 comments he gets about him being a dick and then puts in la la land shit after for his own ego.
