IMO no. Not code sequence type mutations. That’s would require over a short time, significant and targeted behaviour change over a generation or two with consistent mutation in a directed manner and that’s not possible.

I think there's probably a billion different reasons for being gay. Idk about a gay gene, but being raped as a kid can make you more likely to be gay for whatever reason. The youngest child being male usually results in a gay kid, on and on.
