Defendant: Ethan Oliver Ralph - Ethan Ralph's Documented Legal Troubles & Other Court Docs

I'm pretty sure he can't just stay in Mexico endlessly and will be in some situation where he has to choose between being homeless in Mexico or back home.
Sure. But yet he just keeps piling up reasons to stay out of the US. If he's that scared of being subject to paying his debts, though, he can probably stretch Mexico or some other place out a very long time, longer than he can in the US. Now, if some judgment creditor were to go through the process of making the judgment enforceable/collectible in Mexico, I guess he'd be in a pickle - though I don't know how hard MX would go to collect on a judgment of this sort, or what they could do to collect on it. Given he doesn't work for anyone but himself, and could close bank accounts and live cash-only, not sure what could be done for actual collection.

I wonder - if he is not a permanent Mexico resident, could Rumble (if a US-based company) get a garnishment request through US collection efforts without having to deal with enforcement through Mexican enforcement of the US judgment, even if he resides in Mexico but is a US citizen? I'm sure there's a technical legal answer that at least gets to "probably," but I'm too tired for exhaustive research, and so I'm going to go with, "probably more expensive to try seriously to collect on a $5k judgment in this situation than the likely recovery amount, but he's in danger if/when he returns to the US."

Ralph 2 appears to be motivated purely by spite. He's probably better off waiting for child support arrears to add up, though, because those are much more collectible. I believe there's a specific bilateral agreement on the topic and California even conveniently has an office dedicated to such issues:

Is this not like postponing a visit to the dentist? Sure you push it off for two weeks or months or years but that just makes things worse and it’s still hanging over you, tick tocking away, getting more painful and expensive.
I guess if Ralph runs out the clock and dies he wins? Or like his hero OJ, goes to prison for a different crime altogether and avoids paying Vickers?
Can you imagine living like this lol.

Just to point out the obvious to Matt Wiggers: people inherently seek out their family, and the abundance of information about your daughter's massively gunted baby daddy means that even if you succeed in getting him to go away, RALPH jr. can and will find him.

Dragging out court proceedings is standard operating procedure for Ralph. This is why you don't take your victory lap until debt payment is being enforced.
Ok smart guy, how is someone as unlikable as Vickers supposed to get single digit updoots on twitter and triple digit views on his youtube stream vods if he doesn't overhype his eventual Ls Ws over someone nearly as unlikable as him?

Every day they continue to fuck with Ralph instead of cutting him out of their life only increases the chance Ralph Jr will meet Ralph. Considering what has come out of vickers own mouth, that faith has been running out of money to pay for Xander when Ralph goes delinquent on his child support, it doesn't sound like Xander is living it up that great at the vickers compound.

Is $5000 of legal fees really worth your grandson going to Ralph? Or $800 of child support that you spend $1000 to collect?

So, from my brief research, a non-citizen of Mexico can stay there for up to 180 days. So what he probably does is, before the 180 day mark is up, he leaves to go somewhere else (usually the USA, which is convenient because he often has court and/or business/events there), then re-enters and his 180 days starts over. That’s generally how people do it. So long as he’s not there for more than 180 days in a row, he’s in the clear.

Ralph spit in Vickers' eye. NOBODY DOES THAT TO VICIOUS VICKERS! He would sacrifice anyone and anything to take down the Bog Hog. What is the happiness of a grandson or a daughter compared to a father's pride?

So Ralph has apparently filed a response to Vickers' lolsuit:

Classic Ralphamale filing his schizo ramblings that he already explicitly denied years earlier when trying to discredit the child bride.

If he wasn't always compelled by his porcine brain to run his mouth at the earliest opportunity he could at least argue it's what he earnestly believes lmao.

Aside from inevitable outcomes (limited visitations, child support), Vickers has yet to score a win despite Ralph being the shortest clown in the law clown car.

So Ralph has apparently filed a response to Vickers' lolsuit:
Ralph is an absolute fucking idiot if he filed a response that's not a motion to get the lawsuit tossed under California's anti-SLAPP.

Clock's ticking, too.

(f) The special motion may be filed within 60 days of the service of the complaint or, in the court’s discretion, at any later time upon terms it deems proper. The motion shall be scheduled by the clerk of the court for a hearing not more than 30 days after the service of the motion unless the docket conditions of the court require a later hearing.
Ralph has a golden opportunity to potentially get this lawsuit tossed and have Vickers pay his legal bill, and he's throwing it away to file some random nonsense? These clowns deserve each other if that's the case.

I'll give Ralph the benefit of the doubt for now that it's possible what he filed is supposed to be a motion to strike the suit under the anti-SLAPP law and Vickers didn't pick up on that because he's also an idiot.

Considering nobody seems to care enough to get any of the documents in these cases, it's like trying to do sports commentary on two retards in pitch black darkness in the fog flailing at each other idiotically, while trying to figure out what's going on from the tard babble both retards are spewing.

Doesn't matter really, both retards are obviously losing, and we are the only winners.

Digital penetration is definitely my burning question at the moment. I want to hear the a judge ask Ralph and/or Vickers what it means.

Vickers stumbled upon a lulzy, lifelong Phyric victory. While Ralph breathes, Ralph will holler at Vickers. Vickers will giddily instigate for ZZZ-tier e-fame.

Sure, on paper, Vickers gets the W. However, INTERNET BLOODSPORTS isn't played on paper!
