I always love ‘it’s miscommunication’ when they likely have an email chain that shows it wasn’t. It is never miscommunication.
And in the most tone deaf move they are ‘well, good news, it’s not just sitting round now’
They need to fire whoever communicates for them. They are bad at it.
Their email etiquette as a whole is comically bad. Like that's a business email going to a business partner you've now entered a contract with. In normal communication sarcasm like that is unprofessional and makes people take you less seriously. In context? That shows YOU don't take Billet seriously and don't have a clue as to the magnitude of your own fuck up. I know companies that would fire you for sending such a retarded email because it reflects so poorly on your business. No wonder Billet broke business tone- they were justifiably pissed.
