"degenerate" is a good catch-all term for those groups.

I'd also expand the hypothesis to suggest that the level of a-logging towards the Farms is directly proportional to the level of degeneracy.

For example, Russell Greer is a mild degenerate (constant thirstposting at Instathots, sex worker enjoyer) and all he does is vaguebook in the Farms' direction every so often. Meanwhile self-confessed rapist Liz Fong-Jones spends every waking moment trying (and failing) to annihilate the Farms and boasting about it to anyone who'll still listen to him.

I'll also add on: Misskey is basically the new defacto lolifag instance on the Fediverse. It's billed as being a safe haven for Japanese artists to escape persecution from western Twitter users, but in reality it's run by two Americans/non-native Japanese speaking residents of Japan (who are also massive lolifag NEETs, much like Hector) that built the platform explicitly to act as Twitter if it allowed lolicon. It's like the trojan horse version of Pawoo.

In this case, by "Twitter Culture", they very clearly mean being against lolifaggotry. Especially with that little blurb about "not fighting about morals or fictional characters", it translates from pedoweeb to English as "don't bully the pedophiles with your morals!".

The TOS of Misskey is heavily focused on the pornographic content they host. Every message from admin staff is basically a "warning" to tag porn and censor genitals to stay within the boundaries of Japanese law, as well as warning that the high volume of lolifaggotry on the site might put you at risk of being arrested depending on your country.

They also don't allow signups from users in the EU or UK because they don't abide by GDPR (their stated reason). I'm also sure that they avoid the EU because loli porn is seen as a form of CP in those countries as well.

Anyways, Hector has an established history pre-Byuuicide, so I doubt that he would be Byuu. Plus, they have different photos:
