I know Null already has something going, but if he or anyone else is genuinely interested in the idea of forming a 501(c)(3), I would be down to participate and even front a small amount of capital (e.g. pay for the registration fee or website fees). Outside of work, I literally do nothing, so actually having something that could be vaguely productive wouldn't actually be that bad.

I think Null already owns consentaccident.com but it's just an Epik parking page right now. I don't know if Xenforo has any convenient tools for static page generation so you'd probably be stuck with crawling each page and grabbing media etc. similar to Wayback Machine.

Null really needs to see if he can incorporate Consent Accident LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of LOLcow LLC. Make Consent Accident LLC a 501(c)(3) that is dedicated to helping people sexually assaulted or raped by Trans & Non-Binary individuals. The trannies heads would literally fucking explode in ultrarage.

That's.... Not a terrible idea actually. Like Trannyleaks (no not those ones get your mind out of the gutter).
A private bank was a very good idea, they should be resistant. Things like Julius Baer have accounts for very shady and very rich people and don't care if they can post on the dead bird app or not. If you are the kind of person who can get an account at a private bank it should be ok.
The LLC in WV doesn't need a registered agent and lists only post boxes as its addresses, this is all fine as long as no actual US laws are being broken on the forums.
I find the .pl choice risky though, it is a country where, e.g. "offending religious sentiment" (any religion) is a criminal offence. There is no Section 230 there. WHOIS shows it was registered by a German Company - and in Germany "incitment to hate" carries a mandatory prison sentence from 3 months to 5 years.
Like someone says, Europe has strong hate speech laws - and not only that, also very strong privacy laws i.e. anti-doxing - and they don't care if it's publically available information.
But let's hope it lasts.

I sent Null a message to offer any help I could on the Registered Agent. I live in WV. I never heard back but that's ok, he has no history with me. But I was surprised when I saw the address was the same exact Post Office I was going to use if null did hit me back. That means I have a fellow farmer very close to me! It s a small world.
If Null sees this I am open to help the farms in any way. And if the fellow WV farmer sees this if you ever need help to cover the mail while on vacation or something. Just hit me up fellas if I can help.

idk how a bank account in Moldavia could be useful. It's outside of the SEPA area and not a good choice for banking. Registering KF as a company in Moldavia not only raises red flags, it is like waving red flags and blowing a whistle while fluorescent.
Anyway now it's .st, which might actually work if their NIC doesn't really care and it's a tiny country, breaking a .st law won't get anyone deported to .st

I agree, but these places typically have a minimum balance or investment in the mid-single digit millions - I learned Coutts' threshold is circa 3m in the press recently in an article when they dumped Nigel Farage as a customer. I don't think that's happening any time soon.
