He's a well known character in the scene and was responsible for the "Game Genie" revival and several more recent game cheat/emulation devices & software including SaveWizard which hector (or some other Failoverfl0w member) consulted for, at the least.

These products operate in a grey market and they set up all kinds of different companies in regions to insulate themself legally.

All these console hacking hardware businesses operate similarly. They're constantly being sued. Hyperkin, Retrofreak, Cybergadget, & DataPower all have some kind of relationship with each other & Wayne Beckett. I made a long post with links & screen shots in one of the other threads (either Byuu, or Twitter Meltdown). Thats why all these console hacking crews are cagey about their identities and are outwardly against piracy and commercial use of their software.
