I'm not sure why you would think this would be federal:

1. Pretty sure Patrick tried to do his lawsuit in state court too. At least I'm guessing that since the form Null posted says Patrick's action was pending in circuit court in Milwaukee: relative link (if it works)
2. Vickers is rapidly becoming a pro se "lolyer" veteran, with his defamation case against Ralph and all, and his experience is with the courts in Nevada County, CA.

Do not expect anyone to post any actual documents filed even in the event there are any. In one of the previous legal cases, Vickers claimed to have submitted FOIA requests to try to determine if anyone other than him was requesting access to the data. Search the "Defendant: Ethan Ralph" thread if you want to see that.

Why would Ralph not post them? He's proven at least a few of his braincells survived the holocaust of liquor and xannies. He'd be a fool not to.

Of things I expected to see when checking KF on this shitter this morning, Vickers choosing to walk in the footsteps of Fat Rick was not one of them. It's honestly mind boggling. Rick and his failure of a lolsuit have been featured on the site, gotten segments on MATI, and been picked up by other cow watchers. I can't buy that Vickers or at least one of his capos doesn't know about it. I can 100% believe that Vickers saw Rick get blown the fuck out in court to the tune of $30k, plus interest since he refuses to pay, and thought he could do better because he's a mastermind genius. The sheer hubris.

If it's nawt trooo, all Vickers would have to do to correct the record is say, or send out one of his orbiters to say, that he is not considering any lolsuits (well, any further lolsuits, I guess). the only context i could find suggests they are referring to xander as the prop, i cant find a gaming or fighting game term thats called a prop and in the convo one of them wants to pick bob and have xander play because both ralph and bob are fat, the other one denies him this prompting him to say the thing about not being allowed to have fun or use the prop. searching the transcript found another moment where theyre talking about someone babysitting xander and then say hes the one carrying all their trophies and props
