Update to cougar on the prowl. After dinner with a friend, the friend’s 13 year old granddaughters treated our cougar to a girly makeover session. Cougar then took dogs for a walk in the park. No human encounters noted, but much womanly, many trans joy. Just don’t call cougar a bloke in a dress or he’ll rip your bloody arms off.

I've seen it too. Obsession with "non-European beauty standards" taken to new heights, I'd suspect. Alongside attempts to be more individualistic (via the character), fame via a unique interpretation one is credited for making, etc.
I once saw crying on fully white characters for a game somehow being "whitewashed" in an official art... when all the artist did was draw them conventionally attractive.

I’ve spoken about my wife getting peaked here a few times, she’s pretty offline so only reads what makes it to the mainstream news. Every article she reads though peaks her a little more. The latest one was about a father and husband trooning out and the 3 kids going non-binary shortly after. The father then trooned out one of the underaged kids and turned him against his own mother. She was horrified for the poor woman and thought it was tantamount to spousal and child abuse. We spoke about it being statistically impossible to have 4 troons in one family and how it’s a social contagion. She’s told me before the only reason there’s more troons out now is because society is more accepting so I was glad to hear her agree that it’s a trend. While she’s pretty live and let live the more she hears about the dark side of trannies the more she wants to protect her womanhood and I’m all for that.
