I don't see Trump as being weaker, of all his speeches you could make the case he sounded weaker with his announcement speech last November, where he tried to be subdued and it didn't sound right. This is just normal Trump talking, and it's always been his thing, he talks the same things, but you watch for those 30 seconds at the end of a normal topic before they move on, it's the same way he does his rallies.
