Alejandra Caraballo / Alex Caraballo / @Esqueer_ - Twitter trans rights activist, cyberlaw teacher who doesn't understand cyberlaw, mass flaggot, humiliated in congress by a real woman.

Elon is right. The current system makes no sense. I can see you being able to block someone from replying to your posts, but being able to block them from even seeing your content is fucking retarded.
Especially when you can just go to private browsing mode, copy/paste the URL, and are able to see the Tweet if the faggot who blocked you hasn't privated their account. The entire feature makes no sense.

I can understand why somebody, in good faith, would want to keep certain people from replying to their tweets. But activists like Alex are using massive block lists to essentially cut off anyone outside their ideological bubble from engaging with their content. They do this to give the casual observer the impression their ideas have wide support.

"Muting" should be sufficient in my opinion. Out of sight, out of mind. Some might take advantage of it in unforeseen ways, but those issues can be handled independently.

It's retardedly easy to see what someone that blocks you posts. The only issue that my dumbass can see is how you block certain types to avoid being spam reported. Think Nafo faggots, and the assorted gayops faggots that spam report. I think the spam report shit needs to be fixed, badly.

If people want to post things and make it so people aren't allowed to call them out on their bullshit, they should just write shitty blogs instead. But they won't, because they know they won't get traffic.

As dumb as he is, Alex knows he can't survive on a platform where people can actually call him out for spreading misinformation.

It's amazing how fast they go from "It's a public company it can do what it wants" to "NOooooOOOO ELON YOU CANNNNNNNNNNN'T"

also "the poster limited who can respond to this tweet" is also super shitty, super shady, and if it still exists, needs to go.

Just have block mean the person can't post a direct reply and that you aren't notified of when they quote tweet you. But not block them from seeing anything or being able to quote tweet your tweets which put them only on their timeline. The infrastructure is already there, they just need to tweak it. (Blocking DMs is pretty obvious.) Not putting up a message that someone has "blocked" you actually does more for "safety" because it doesn't inform the "threat" that you're afraid of them.

Blocking bots accomplishes nothing if they aren't spamming you personally, I've been on Twitter for 15 years (lmao faggot) and I've almost never seen them seriously doing this, they seem to reply to multiple people rather than just one.

You know what I have seen a lot? People replying to me at length in anger after I politely corrected something false they said then blocking me. I may not even be aware of all the times this has happened because I really only go on Twitter maybe once a day so I won't see the notification of their replies first as I did in the cases where I know it happened.

Blocklists are inherently stupid but even funnier I rarely see anyone who the person wants to block complain about being on them, mostly they laugh about faggots like Alex having millions of blocks. But lots of their "allies" complain about false positives and petty blocklist maintainers who add "allies" or "marginalized people" they hate to these. Those plugins that show if somebody is anti-trans or whatever is similarly funny. These idiots love constantly bragging about how they turn off their mind and let others think for them.

We know the real reason these faggots don't want it changed, they wouldn't be able to stop looking and obsessing about everything they currently block and hide from view. Something Alex proudly says he uses an alt account to do anyway.

Correct me if I assume incorrectly. The difference between a REPLY and a QUOTE TWEET is that: a reply is part of the conversation, informing those who are reading the thread, while a quote tweet is the beginning of its own seperate conversation.

Yeah, a reply goes under the original tweet, a quote tweet puts it on your timeline as if it's just a tweet you're making and quotes the tweet as if you inserted an image or video or whatever. They could just have it not notify the person if they've blocked you, then the person has to willingly look at the quote tweets to see if anyone they hate quoted it. All the people bitching like Alex, Michael Hobbes, etc. intentionally look at them around their own blocks to get upset anyway.

Or Keffals, who unblocks people to get upset at them to block them again.

That they go this far to just pick a fight proves to me they don't need the block feature to prevent them from joining the 41%. I really hope Elon removes it and we have all of these faggots going on a massive meltdown on Twitter.

This is a very dangerous game you are wanting to play here Big Al. There is a similar degree of proof that troon Covenant School shooter Audrey Hale is a Big Al fan and that YOU were the catalyst that directly inspired the shooting with your frequent autistic sperg outs about "right wingers" and the Christian church.

Likewise, in this latest episode of "Alex Can't Read"...... 81 people allegedly heard about a thing.

From October to December 2022, mental and physical health gender-affirming care providers from across the United States completed a survey including open-ended questions about the kinds of harassment they experienced (i.e., method and messages of harassment) and its impact on their lives and practices. Thematic analyses were used to analyze their responses.

Results

In total, 117 providers completed the survey and 70% shared that either they, their practice, or their institution had received threats specific to delivering gender-affirming care. The most common experiences were threats via social media or mailed letters. Several received death threats. Providers described how targeted harassment impacted their psychological well-being and required them to reassess clinic safety. Additionally, providers expressed the need for a more accurate representation of gender-affirming care in media and stronger advocacy from institutions and organizations emphasizing the importance of this care.

I thought the guy that murdered the woman was her brother? This is why sometimes removing the block feature isn't such a bad idea. These troons spill out miss info and no one can correct them or oppose them.

Apologies for the double post, but the world's dumbest troon lawyer has struck again.

Dumbfuck Alex has confused the Virginia Military Institute case actually cited in the opinion with Loving v. Virginia, the Supreme Court case about interracial marriage. What an idiot!
There's no difference between races, there is between the sexes. You do realize that you "progressive" guys were arguing that women deserve special unequal treatment in the law until like five seconds ago, right?

Enjoy Alex's new Twitter (which he no longer uses) profile picture:

Also, how did I miss that this faggot now has a Wikipedia entry?

This is one of the most annoying behaviors on Twitter. Trannies do it all the time. They especially do it when they realize you're capable of poking holes in their argument. To everyone else it looks like they got the last word and you stopped replying. When in reality they blocked you.

Holy fucking shit, and the VMI case is a leading case on intermediate scrutiny, establishing a new standard of review, written by Ginsburg. Even fucking Rehnquist concurred (in the judgment if not the reasoning). This is 1L con law shit.

Your mistake was thinking that this retarded troon knows anything about the law as it's actually applied. I don't know what law school gave this retard a JD, but the mere fact that they did says that they should lose their accreditation immediately.

I don't even have a law degree, and I'm fairly sure I could make him look like an utter fool in any legal debate.
