I am reasonably impressed that his budget lawyers managed to get through his thick hog-head.
Many here thought he would still pull bullshit against their advice, but he seems to have crumpled in face of someone with a college education and fatly agreed to everything they advised him to do. Then he waddled away, silently contemplating how unjust the world is.
He is the kinda guy who threatens to beat you up if you catcall his girl, but says nothing when Jamal and the boys arrive to nail her while he watches football.

To get a payment plan approved he'd probably have to go through the debtors exam and prove he was good for it. This way his finances stay out of the records... provided the payment is made.
