As I see it, the most likely series of events is he files his motion, starts bragging about it to people (we knew hacky jacky has apparently seen the full thing), and someone (possibly Niki's mom) loses their shit at how retarded it is, and stages a full blown intervention with a lawyer, who explains in no uncertain terms that if he goes to court on thursday with that motion, he will go to jail. Possibly, someone has swooped in to foot the bill, and an agreement was reached where he would pay the amount agreed to by Quasi's lawyer within a week, and the contempt charges would be dropped.

Ah, that sounds more reasonable. It confused me that Patrick would both do something extremely retarded, like filing that 27 page motion, and then revert to do something sensible, like agreeing to pay. The last part is very much unlike the mongoloid Fatrick we all know and love so dearly.

This seems like the most likely scenario to me too, apparently it was decided before the hearing this morning and the actual hearing only took a few minutes.
I did wonder if Fat tried to put his stupid 27 page Fatifesto into the record, and Sosnay took a quick look at it, and called in Fats lawyer and said, "is this a joke?" and that if Fat didn't agree to pay today he was going to deny the motion to continue and jail him for contempt, but from what Dan said about how quick this went, I'd say the lawyer led intervention is the most likely scenario.
It had to happen, even Fats denial of reality was only ever going to take him so far.
I'm guessing everyone involved is at the stage that Patricks childishness and stubborn bullshit has just run out their patience.

I want to put my bet in now that I think this might be Pat's breaking point. Not to do a flip, but I've got a feeling being buckbroken this hard might finally tip him over the edge and make him doing something really crazy.

All that is known, at least as far as I am aware is that he stopped posting cars from in front of Hooligan's on his dumb car blog and started posting cars from in front of that Swinging Door I believe it's called bar some months ago. He might be banned from Hooligan's, he might have found a bar that's slightly less shit, but I have seen him post food from both and it's hard for me to decide which I'd rather eat, nothing looks fit for human consumption.

It's pointless, but not for the reason you're thinking. She's fled the states after multiple credit card companies and the IRS came after her for over 140,000 dollars- and about half of that is owed to the IRS. If she's sued, she'll run away like the coward she is.
